    摘要: A process comprising reacting an aliphatic carboxylic ester compound with acetonitrile in the presence of a metal alkoxide to yield a metal salt of a β-ketonitrile compound, subsequently transferring the salt to an aqueous medium, and neutralizing the solution to obtain the β-ketonitrile compound in a free state, wherein a water-immisible organic solvent and water are added to the reaction mixture containing the β-ketonitrile compound metal salt yielded to transfer the metal salt to the water, the resultant aqueous solution of the β-ketonitrile compound metal salt is separated from the organic solvent by phase separation or another technique and then neutralized, and the resultant free β-ketonitrile compound is taken out by extraction with an organic solvent.

    摘要: A stencil printing machine, which includes: a drum which is freely rotatable and has an outer peripheral wall formed of an ink impermeable member, in which a stencil sheet is mounted on a surface of the outer peripheral wall; an ink supplying device which has an ink supply port on the outer peripheral wall of the drum, and supplies the ink, which is guided from an ink tank, from the ink supply port to the surface of the outer peripheral wall; and a pressure roller which presses a print sheet fed thereto to the outer peripheral wall. The supply tank is placed below the lowermost position of the outer peripheral wall of the drum. Moreover, a position where the ink supply port is located above a liquid level of the ink in the supply tank is set at a rotation stop position of the drum.

FcγRIIB deficient mouse that is not made to spontaneously develop autoimmune pathology although its autoantibody response is enhanced is backcrossed into C57BL/6J (B6) mouse for 12 generations to generate FcγRIIB deficient B6 mouse, the FcγRIIB deficient B6 male mouse is intercrossed with lpr/B6 female mouse, and thus obtained FcγRIIB+/−/lpr+/− mice were further crossed to generate a mouse model of systemic lupus erythematosus.

    摘要: A stencil printing machine has a rotatable printing drum including an outer peripheral wall of ink impermeable material. A stencil paper is mounted on the surface of the outer peripheral wall. An ink supplying mechanism includes an ink supplying unit in the outer peripheral wall of the printing drum and supplies ink to the surface of the outer peripheral wall. A pressure roller presses a fed print sheet against the outer peripheral wall. When an initial printing operation is performed after a stencil paper is mounted on the printing drum, the ink supplying mechanism is caused to supply the surface of the outer peripheral wall, in advance, with an amount of ink which is larger than an amount of ink which is supplied for second and proceeding printing operations.

    摘要: A system is designed to avoid problems that may occur if a physical layer misunderstands the kind of signal it receives and erroneously changes its state to a suspend state. When a node B receives an idle signal (i.e., a request cancel signal) from a node A (child node), the node B changes its state to a wait grant state where the node B waits to receive a grant signal from a node C (parent node) while keeping the request signal to the node C. The node B confirms that it has received the grant signal from the node C, and after that, changes its state from the wait grant state to a wait idle state where the node B transmits an idle signal to the node C, and waits until the grant signal from the node C changes into an idle signal. The node B confirms that it has received the idle signal from the node C, and after that, returns its state from the wait idle state to an idle state. According to this procedure, the node B is free from the situation in which it receives a grant signal from the node C in the idle state. This arrangement prevents the node B from misunderstanding that it has received a suspend signal and erroneously changing its state to a suspend state.
