Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a pixel electrode having a stem electrode in a first direction and a plurality of branch electrode extending from the stem electrode. An angle between the stem electrode and each of the branch electrode increases as the branch electrodes approach a center of the stem electrode and the angle decreases as the branch electrodes approach an end of the stem electrode.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display including a liquid crystal panel including: a gate line and a data line disposed on a first substrate; a transistor connected to the gate line and the data line; a pixel electrode connected to the transistor; a second substrate facing the first substrate; red and green color conversion layers and a transmission layer disposed on one surface of the second substrate; a common electrode disposed on one surface of the red and green color conversion layers and the transmission layer; and a liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules disposed between the first and second substrates. The data line is disposed adjacent to one edge of the pixel electrode, and an arrangement of liquid crystal molecules disposed at a part corresponding to the data line is the same as an arrangement of liquid crystal molecules of a part corresponding to the pixel electrode.
