Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) and base station may communicate in on a wireless channel of an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. The base station may transmit synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) in a discovery reference signal (DRS) slot. The base station may multiplex a channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS). The base station may multiplex an aperiodic CSI-RS or a periodic CSI-RS with the SSBs in the DRS slot. For an aperiodic CSI-RS, the base station may separately trigger the CSI-RS measurement and CSI-RS reporting. For periodic CSI-RS, the base station may transmit an indication of whether the periodic CSI-RS is present.

A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling identifying a configuration for a reference signal comprising a single carrier waveform and associated with single carrier signals for a plurality of symbol periods, the configuration indicating a plurality of channels associated with the reference signal and a set of functions associated with the reference signal. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for multiplexing channel state information (CSI) reports in scenarios involving multiple transmit-receive points (TRPs). In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive at least one configuration that identifies a resource for multiplexing CSI reports that have a potential to collide in a slot. The UE may receive the at least one configuration from either, or both, of a first TRP or a second TRP. The UE may transmit at least one of a first set of CSI reports to the first TRP or a second set of CSI reports to the second TRP, multiplexed in the resource, according to the at least one configuration.

The UE may perform blind decoding for multiple configured PDCCH candidates based at least in part on a resource element group (REG) bundle included in the at least one CCE, wherein the multiple configured PDCCH candidates are associated with one or more of the multiple TC states associated with the CORESET. Accordingly, the UE may identify the PDCCH transmitted by the base station based at least in part on the blind decoding.

Abstract: Enhancement for bandwidth part (BWP) is disclosed. A base station configures a plurality of BWPs, and activate multiple BWPs for downlink and multiple BWPs for uplink from the plurality of the configured BWPs at a given time. Downlink control information (DCI) that includes BWP activation information can be transmitted on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to a user equipment (UE). The BWP activation information includes a link direction, a schedule of the one or more multiple BWPs for downlink and multiple BWPs for uplink, numerologies, reserved sub-band information, tracking reference signal configuration, or any combination thereof. Correspondingly, a UE receives DCI on a PDCCH that includes BWP activation information, and determines activation of multiple BWPs for downlink and multiple BWPs for uplink at a given time based on the received DCI and its capabilities. Associated enhancement for PDCCH and PDSCH scheduling and LBT procedures are also disclosed.

In some aspects, a transmitter node may determine a set of desired transmit beams to use for transmissions during a channel occupancy time (COT), wherein each transmit beam in the set of desired transmit beams is associated with an energy detection threshold (EDT). The transmitter node may configure a sensing beam associated with a directional listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, wherein the sensing beam is associated with an EDT that is at least as strict as a strictest EDT associated with the set of desired transmit beams. The transmitter node may transmit using the set of desired transmit beams during the COT, wherein the COT is initiated based at least in part on an indication that the directional LBT procedure succeeded using the sensing beam. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for determining quasi co-location (QCL) and/or transmission configuration information (TCI) state assumption information for a dynamic control resource set (CORESET). In some cases, if certain conditions are met, a user equipment (UE) may follow QCL assumptions for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by a same PDCCH that indicated the dynamic CORESET. An example method by a UE generally includes receiving at least one downlink control information (DCI), of a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), that schedules at least one dynamic CORESET; and receiving a second PDCCH in the dynamic CORESET, wherein the UE is to apply at least one QCL assumption associated with a PDSCH for the at least one dynamic CORESET if one or more conditions are met.
