Abstract:
A method for configuring a video apparatus, and a video apparatus and a server are provided. The video apparatus transmits video apparatus information and content information to an external server, receives setting information corresponding to the video apparatus information and content information from the external server, and thereby configures the video apparatus. Therefore, it is possible for a user to configure the video apparatus to be more optimally suited to the video apparatus and content to be played back.
Abstract:
A printed circuit board (PCB) includes a base substrate, an electrical wiring, a dummy pad and a thermally conductive adhesion member. The base substrate includes a light-emitting diode (LED) mounted on a first surface of the base substrate. The electrical wiring is electrically connected to the LED. The dummy pad is formed on the first surface to be connected to the electrical wiring. The thermally conductive adhesion member is attached to a second surface of the base substrate. Therefore, superior heat radiation may be obtained, thereby reducing or preventing damage to the LED and the LCD device using the LED by radiating the heat from the LED used as a light source.

The semiconductor memory device includes a bit line sense amplifier, a sense amplifying driver and an over driving controller. The over driving controller includes a delay unit for delaying an input signal, a supply voltage detector for detecting the level of the supply voltage VDD, a delaying controller for controlling a delay time of the delay unit in response to an output of the supply voltage detector, and an output unit for outputting a over driving pulse, whose width is controlled according to the fluctuation of the supply voltage VDD, by performing a logic operation to the input signal and an output of the delay unit.
Abstract:
A delay circuit is capable of securing a constant delay time in spite of a process variation as well as voltage and temperature variations. Using the delay circuit that secures a sensing margin time in spite of process, voltage and temperature variations, a semiconductor memory device is capable of amplifying desired data within a preset RAS to CAS delay (tRCD). The delay circuit includes a delay unit including a current source controlled by a bias voltage, a delay time of the delay unit being changed depending on current amount of the current source, and a bias voltage generating unit configured to divide a power supply voltage using a first resistor to generate the bias voltage, wherein the delay unit includes a second resistor inserted into a current path of the current source.

Abstract:
The present invention related to a method for crystallizing a CMY-10 being a β-lactamase with extended-substrate spectrum, a crystal of CMY-10, and a crystal structure of CMY-10. With utilization of three-dimensional structure of CMY-10 protein provided by the present invention, it is possible to develop novel antibiotics or inhibitors that can prevent an emergence of resistance bacteria appeared by plasmidic class C β-lactamases having extended-substrate specificity.
