Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a beam update message identifying a change from a first control resource set (CORESET) beam to a second CORESET beam. The UE may use, for a beam failure detection (BFD) procedure, a first BFD reference signal associated with the first CORESET beam or a second BFD reference signal associated with the second CORESET beam based at least in part on one or more selection criteria. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may support repetitions of any uplink transmission as a function of, at least, uplink transmission priority. In some implementations, a base station may transmit to the UE a configuration or an indication of a configuration that maps different repetition values to different priority levels, among other factors. Subsequently, the base station may transmit a message to the UE scheduling or activating an uplink transmission for the UE to send. The UE may then transmit the uplink transmission according to a number of repetitions determined based on the received configuration and a priority level of the uplink transmission. In some implementations, the number of repetitions of each uplink transmission may be jointly determined with uplink priority and one or more other factors, such as UCI type, an SRS purpose, or any combination thereof.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may support separate feedback for multiple semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations. The UE may be configured with a set of uplink resources that includes a first subset of uplink resources associated with a first control resource set (CORESET) pool and a second subset of uplink resources associated with a second CORESET pool. The UE may receive first and second SPS downlink transmissions associated with the first and second CORESET pools, respectively. The UE may select a first uplink resource from the first subset of uplink resources and a second uplink resource from the second subset of uplink resources based on the SPS downlink transmissions or a payload of a respective feedback transmission. The UE may transmit one or more feedback transmissions in the first uplink resource or the second uplink resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to achieve inter-base station beam management to avoid interference during full-duplex (FD) operations, half-duplex (HD) operations, flexible time-domain duplexing (TDD), or a combination thereof, by performing interference management specific to beam configurations. For example, a first base station (e.g., an aggressor base station operating in FD) may perform one or more actions to proactively determine if inter-base station interference may occur. In some cases, the aggressor base station may request measurements from one or more victim base stations. In other examples, the victim base station may request measurements from the aggressor base station. Additionally or alternatively, the victim base station may provide reactive feedback to the aggressor base station upon detecting interference.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for advertising operating channels that are being operated in an unlicensed frequency band. One or more access points (APs) may transmit discovery information on a dedicated discovery channel for the unlicensed frequency band. The discovery information may indicate at least one operating channel that is being used by an AP for providing wireless access. The discovery information also may include other information useful for a station (STA) to discover APs, operating channels, and operating parameters. The STA may monitor the dedicated discovery channel to obtain the discovery information without conducting an active scanning or passive scanning procedure.

A first relay user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive a first message including a cross-link interference (CLI) indication associated with CLI experienced by a first base station which is associated with signals transmitted by a second base station. The DCI may include a field associated with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state that includes the plurality of indicators. As an alternative, the DCI may include at least a first field associated with a first TCI state that includes a first indicator of the plurality of indicators and a second field associated with a second TCI state that includes a second indicator of the plurality of indicators. Abstract: Example aspects include a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) of a wireless communication network, comprising receiving, from a base station, configuration information scheduling one or more full-duplex communications and one or more half-duplex communications. A first unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) window corresponding to the one or more full-duplex communications. A second unified TCI window corresponding to the one or more half-duplex communications. The aspects further include performing full-duplex communications according to the first unified TCI window for a first time period having a first length. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) transmits capability information to a base station indicating a first number of active transmission configuration indication (TCI) states or active spatial relations supported by the UE per group of bandwidth parts (BWPs) or per group of component carriers (CCs) for use in receiving control information or data. The UE receives, from the base station, a configuration of a second number of active TCI states or active spatial relations for the group of BWPs or the group of CCs that is limited to be less than or equal to the first number of active TCI states or active spatial relations supported by the UE. The UE monitors for downlink communication based on the second number of active TCI states. The UE uses the active spatial relations for uplink transmissions.
