Abstract: An embodiment for improved authentication of chatbot users for chat history recovery. The embodiment may record a first chat conversation between a first chat service operator and a first user, wherein the first chat conversation includes a first-step authentication and a chat history. The embodiment may detect a request to resume the first chat conversation. The embodiment may, in response to detecting the request to resume the first chat conversation, initiate a recovery process by sending a random-generated token to the first-step authentication. The embodiment may receive verification of the random-generated token. The embodiment may generate, by a large language model, one or more authentication questions based on content of the chat history. The embodiment may authenticate the first user based on one or more correct answers to the one or more authentication questions. The embodiment may resume the first chat conversation including the chat history.

Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for segmenting a virtual collaboration environment of a virtual collaboration based on participant proficiency with collaboration topics of the virtual collaboration. Interaction data is collected from a first participant of the virtual collaboration environment, which corresponds to at least one of communications exchanged, actions performed, or reactions. The first participant is classified in a level of participant proficiency with collaboration topics of the virtual collaboration environment based on the interaction data. The virtual collaboration environment is segmented into a plurality of collaboration sub-groups and participants are assigned to the collaboration sub-groups based on determined levels of participant proficiency. Content provided to the participants and communication channels between the participants are aligned based on the assignment of participants to collaboration sub-groups in the plurality of collaboration sub-groups.

Abstract: An embodiment for augmented reality (AR)-based visualization of an activity with collaboration amelioration is provided. The embodiment may include receiving real-time and historical data relating to an activity. The embodiment may also include identifying each step of the activity and a time to complete each step. The embodiment may further include executing a plurality of digital twin simulations of avatars of different types of workers performing each step of the activity. The embodiment may also include in response to determining a current distribution of human and robotic workers is not optimized, prompting a manager with an AR overlaid slider bar. The embodiment may further include generating a knowledge corpus including an optimized distribution. The embodiment may also include creating a visual animation of the optimized distribution. The embodiment may further include displaying the visual animation to at least one human worker via an AR device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product customize a model of a physical object to account for the surrounding environment. The method includes identifying an interaction with a physical object in a surrounding environment. The method also includes obtaining a model of the physical object. The method further includes capturing an image of the physical object in the surrounding environment. In addition, the method includes determining that the surrounding environment contains barriers to the interaction with the physical object. Lastly, the method includes generating an enhanced model of the physical object, wherein the enhanced model includes a representation of the surrounding environment.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer programming products for dynamically managing the uninstallation and/or re-installation of software applications stored or accessed by a computing system, including mobile devices. Management of the applications by the system can be periodically managed automatically or based on recommendations. Management of applications being uninstalled or reinstalled may be determined based on a rate a user accesses the application and/or data published or accessible by an application storefront, such as user reviews, storefront rankings, user feedback and uninstallation rates of the applications by other users. Applications experiencing a decreased level of average user satisfaction below a predetermined threshold can be proposed for deletion or automatically deleted. Replacement of underperforming or unsatisfactory applications with alternative applications having similar functionality but a higher rate of user satisfaction can be recommended or installed. Previously uninstalled applications can be recommended or automatically reinstalled upon average user satisfaction rising above configured threshold levels.
