    Abstract: The application relates to controlling access in a software-defined network (SDN). A controller in the SDN receives an access request from an application program. The controller determines whether an operation on a resource as specified in the access request belongs to a permission list corresponding to the application program. The permission list includes a list of permitted operations on the resource by the application program. When the operation as specified in the access request belongs to the permission list, the controller sends a reply message allowing access by the application program. In this way, accesses by the application program are restricted according to the permission list, and malicious attacks from the application program can be prevented to ensure network security.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclose an uplink data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining M transmission areas allocated to a terminal device, and generating first information used to indicate the M transmission areas, where M is a positive integer, and the transmission area represents an air interface time-frequency resource that includes a time range and a frequency range that are specified by a communications system. The method also includes determining, for each transmission area of the M transmission areas, second information used to indicate a transport block size. The method also includes sending an indication message to the terminal device, so that the terminal device transmits uplink data according to the indication message, where the indication message includes the first information and the second information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose data frame implementation methods and apparatus. In one embodiment, a method includes: configuring a data frame used for radio signal transmission, where the data frame includes at least two subframes, each subframe has a fixed length, the at least two subframes may be mapped to at least two frequency bands with different subcarrier spacings, and a quantity of symbols included in each subframe is corresponding to a subcarrier spacing of a frequency band to which the subframe is mapped. According to embodiments of the present application, various service requirements of 5G mobile communication can be met and a service level of the 5G mobile communication can be improved.

The method includes performing bit mapping processing on a first part of bits of a first data bit group, to generate a first modulation symbol and determining a first precoding matrix from multiple preset precoding matrices according to a second part of bits of the first data bit group.     Abstract: A detection apparatus concurrently connected to N optical module cages by using N paths. The apparatus accesses a conflict register, acquires an occupancy status of the N paths according to a value of the conflict register, then performs a concurrent probe on M optical module cages connected to M paths that are in the N paths and whose occupancy status are not occupied by system software, to obtain a probe result, where the probe result includes availability information of optical modules of the M optical module cages and a type of the optical modules, and finally, writes the probe result into an availability register, so that the system software can acquire the probe result from the availability register. Therefore, whether an optical module is available in an optical module cage can be monitored in real time and fast insertion and removal operations on the optical module can be sensed.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a terminal access method and an apparatus, to resolve a problem in an existing SCMA multi-terminal access mechanism that a conflict causes system performance degradation and may cause system retransmission.
