Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible display module and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible display module comprises a flexible display panel and a sensing module arranged on the flexible display panel. The sensing module is used for sensing a degree of bending of said flexible display panel. In this way, the flexible display module can perform corresponding operations according to the sensed degree of bending of the display panel, as a result, practicability of the flexible display module can be enhanced, and the operation modes and application scenarios of the flexible screen can be expanded.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel comprises: a display substrate, an optical substrate, a light guide plate and a first frame; wherein: the optical substrate is arranged between the display substrate and the light guide plate, and the first frame is arranged on the same side edge of the display substrate, the optical substrate and the light guide plate; the light guide plate comprises a first portion and a second portion, wherein the second portion is formed by the first portion extending to the first frame from a side close the first frame, and the distance between the second portion and the first frame is smaller than the thickness of the light guide plate. Accordingly, the length of the light guide plate is increased, and the increased portion of the light guide plate extends into the first frame, enabling the light rays emitted from the backlight source to completely illuminate the display region after being reflected by the light guide plate, which improves the display effect.

Abstract: The present invention provides an LED chip including a light-emitting layer, a P electrode, an N electrode, an anode and a cathode, the N electrode, the light-emitting layer and the P electrode are sequentially stacked, the P electrode is electrically connected to the anode, the N electrode is electrically connected to the cathode, the light-emitting layer includes multiple color light-emitting layers whose colors differ from each other, and the multiple color light-emitting layers are provided in a same layer, and electrically connected to the anode through the P electrode and to the cathode through the N electrode. The present invention further provides an LED, a backlight source and a display apparatus. When an LED including the LED chip is used as a backlight source of a liquid crystal display apparatus, performance ability of the display apparatus on a plurality of colors can be improved during image display.

Abstract: What are disclosed are a flexible display device and a method of detecting a curved state of a flexible display panel thereof, which can estimate a curved state of a flexible display panel. The flexible display device includes a flexible display panel and a controller. The flexible display panel includes N optical fibers which can be curved with the curving of the flexible display panel, a laser transmitter disposed at an input terminal of the optical fiber and a light intensity detector disposed at an output terminal of the optical fiber, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The controller is configured to acquire a light intensity parameter detected by the light intensity detector, and determine a current state of the flexible display panel according to the light intensity parameter, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to N.
