    Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a display apparatus, including: a display panel and a functional substrate that is located on a light exit side of the display panel; the functional substrate includes: a transparent substrate configured to have a first total reflection angle; a specular reflection layer located on a side of the transparent substrate; and a holographic film layer located between the transparent substrate and the specular reflection layer and configured so that a part of incident light, of which the propagation direction faces towards the transparent substrate and the incident angle is within a first incident angle range, is diffracted and is emitted to the transparent substrate at a first exit angle, the first exit angle being greater than or equal to the first total reflection angle. Further provided are a preparation method for a display apparatus and a smart mirror.

    Abstract: A three dimensional (3D) display device and a display method thereof are provided. The 3D display device includes a two dimensional (2D) display panel (100) and a slit grating (200) superimposed on the 2D display panel (100). The 2D display panel includes a plurality of subpixels sequentially arranged in a row direction and a column direction; the slit grating includes a plurality of light-transmitting strips (202) and a plurality of light-shielding strips (201) which are parallel to each other and alternately and periodically arranged. An angle formed by a central axis of each of the light-transmitting strips or a central axis of each of the light-shielding strips and the column direction is an acute angle. An area between the central axes of two adjacent light-shielding strips is divided into a first subarea disposed on a first side and a second subarea disposed on a second side by a central axis of a light-transmitting strip between the two adjacent light-shielding strips; subpixels whose area falling into the first subarea is greater than ½ subpixel area are first viewpoint subpixels; and subpixels whose area falling into the second subarea is greater than ½ subpixel area are second viewpoint subpixels.

    Abstract: An optical film, a fabrication method thereof, a windshield, and a driving apparatus, which pertains to the field of in-vehicle devices. The optical film includes a birefringent layer. The birefringent layer splits light transmitted through the optical film into two light beams, and exit directions of the two light beams are different from each other. A head up display is disposed above an instrument panel, and the optical film is disposed on a windshield. Light incident into an automobile through the windshield is split into two light beams. By adjusting relative positions of the head up display and the optical film, it is possible to enable only one of the light beams to be incident into the head up display. Since the total amount of light entering the head up display is reduced, the temperature rise inside the head up display can be mitigated.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a dual-view field display panel comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; and a dual-view grating disposed on a side of the first substrate away from the second substrate, which has a plurality of elongated transparent areas spaced from each other; wherein each of the plurality of elongated transparent areas corresponds to a plurality of rows of pixels and is substantially parallel therewith, and the number of rows of the plurality of rows of pixels corresponding to each of the plurality of elongated transparent areas is selected based on the thickness of the first substrate, so that light from the plurality of rows of pixels is able to be viewed in the left-view field or in the right-view field through a corresponding transparent area. The distance between the dual-view grating and the pixels can be equal to the thickness of the glass substrate by adjusting the number of pixels corresponding to the transparent areas of the dual-view grating, thereby reducing manufacturing process difficulty, resulting in being able to manufacture the dual-view products with existing manufacturing process directly, and increasing the rate of qualified products greatly.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a lenticular lens grating, a liquid crystal grating and a display device. The lenticular lens grating comprises: a plurality of lenticular lenses arranged in parallel, wherein at least two adjacent lenticular lenses have a spacing therebetween, the spacing comprises a first plane perpendicular to the central axes of the lenticular lenses, and/or a middle portion of the upper surface of at least one lenticular lens is a second plane which is perpendicular to the central axis of the at least one lenticular lens and symmetrical with respect to the central axis of the at least one lenticular lens as a symmetric axis. With the structure of the lenticular lens grating, it is possible that the black matrix patterns on the color filter is not deflected by refraction of the lenticular lens, thus the Moire effect can be effectively depressed and 3D display effect can be notably improved.
