摘要: The present invention provides a biological morph-genetic WO3 photocatalyst and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of photocatalysis The preparation method of the present invention includes the following steps: impregnating a rice husk into a tungsten source solution, and roasting an obtained solid material after solid-liquid separation to obtain the biological morph-genetic WO3 photocatalyst. The present invention utilizes the rice husk as a biological template agent; the rice husk contains a large amount of silicon dioxide, and has a silicon-carbon network structure; the rice husk is impregnated into the tungsten source solution, and after roasting, a tungsten source replicates the silicon-carbon network structure of the rice husk, forming a hierarchical structure including a micropore and a mesopore with good adsorption; at the same time, during the roasting process, the carbon of the rice husk is doped into a lattice of the WO3, which facilitates transfer between charges in the lattice of the WO3, reduces a forbidden band width of the WO3, and improves the photocatalytic reaction performance of the WO3.

摘要: A water treatment system with a photocatalytic nanocomposite sheet, an adsorbent layer, and a fibrous filter, wherein the photocatalytic nanocomposite sheet comprises polymethylmethacrylate and silver phosphate, the adsorbent layer comprises plasma activated carbon nanotubes, and the fibrous filter is a composite of polymethylmethacrylate, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer fibers, with carbon nanotubes that are dispersed within the polymer fibers and silver nanoparticles that are deposited on the polymer fibers. Various embodiments of the water treatment system and methods of fabricating the photocatalytic nanocomposite sheet, the adsorbent layer, and the fibrous filter are also provided.

摘要: A method and system of providing ultrapure water for semiconductor fabrication operations is provided. The water is treated by utilizing a free radical scavenging system. The free radical scavenging system can utilize actinic radiation with a free radical precursor compound, such as ammonium persulfate. The ultrapure water may be further treated by utilizing ion exchange media and degasification apparatus. A control system can be utilized to regulate a continuously variable intensity of the actinic radiation.

摘要: A fluid purification system has cells whose purifying capability can be regenerated. Some of the cells are arranged in series to reach a high level of purification. An automatic valve network is controlled to cycle the cells in a way that levels the loads on each, thereby maximizing the service interval for replacing expired cells, enabling all of the cells to be replaced at the same time after having each contributing approximately equally to the purification load, and operated such that at any one time, at least one cell is regenerated so as to enable continuous up-time.

摘要: A substance treatment apparatus includes an RF signal source, power detection circuitry, a controller, and a transmission path between the RF signal source and a first electrode that radiates electromagnetic energy into a chamber. The RF signal source includes a solid-state amplifier that generates an RF signal. The power detection circuitry detects reflected signal power along the transmission path. Based on the reflected signal power, the controller modifies values of variable components within an impedance matching network electrically coupled along the transmission path to adjust a magnitude of the reflected signal power. The impedance matching network may have a double-ended input connected to a balun, and a double-ended output connected to the first electrode and to a second electrode. Alternatively, the impedance matching network may have a single-ended input connected to the RF signal source, and a single-ended output connected to the first electrode. The second electrode may be grounded.
