    摘要： An abdominal exercise equipment is provided with two front wheels and two rear wheels to ensure that the abdominal exercise equipment can move stably without tipping over during movement, preventing the exerciser from losing balance and getting hurt. A return gear assembly is disposed between the two rear wheels to produce a recovering force. Therefore, when the abdominal exercise equipment is pulled back, the recovering force will assist the exerciser to pull the abdominal exercise equipment back, which consequently lowers the difficult level of exercise. Furthermore, the abdominal exercise equipment is provided with a vibration device which is capable of softening the muscles and fat, and speeding up fat loss by producing vibration.

    摘要： A chair-like exercising apparatus comprises a back, a seat, front legs, rear legs, and resistance element(s) which provide a broad range of resistance force adjustable by the user for the back extension exercise. The chair back pivotally connects to the rear legs directly, and pivotally connects to the front legs or rear legs through the resistance element(s). The resistance element comprises a compress-coil-spring cylinders (or constant-force-spring devices) and the cylinder holders (or the device holders). The resistance level of the back extension exercise is adjusted by switching the interchangeable compress-coil-spring cylinders (or constant-force-spring devices) of appropriate loads inside the cylinder holders (or device holders). A user sits on the chair and sway backward to perform back extension exercise after selecting an appropriate resistance level based on his/her physical condition. The apparatus is simple, affordable and can be used as a regular chair in its locked position. A regular back extension exercise with proper resistance force strengthens the low back muscles (erector spinae), improves and prevents the low back pain symptoms.

    摘要： A resistance apparatus for use with exercise devices includes an axle and outer housing for rotatably mounting the axle therein. At least one inner housing includes an opening for receiving the axle therethrough so that the inner housing is fixably mounted on the axle. The inner housing is rotatably mounted inside the outer housing to permit rotation of the inner housing along with the axle within the outer housing. At least a first tensioned member is disposed within the inner housing. The first tensioned member includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the tensioned member engages an engagement area of the inner housing. The second end of the tensioned member engages an engagement area of the outer housing. The tensioned member creates a rotational restoring force between the inner housing and the outer housing.
