    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message indicating that a configuration for a time restriction is disabled for the UE, such that the UE may measure one or more resources transmitted from a network entity with respect to a reference resource. The UE may receive a second message indicating that the UE is to measure one or more resources transmitted by a network entity at a first of multiple transmit power levels, the one or more resources transmitted before the reference resource, and the reference resource associated with one of the multiple transmit power levels. The UE may perform a first average measurement of the one or more resources and transmit a first report indicating the first average measurement, where the UE performs the average measurement of the one or more resources based on the second message.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network node, a message indicating slots for transmitting a transport block on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method also includes segmenting the transport block into code blocks. The method further includes encoding the code blocks to produce encoded code blocks. Each code block may be encoded at a coding path from a group of coding paths associated with a coding chain. The method still further includes transmitting the encoded code blocks in the slots on the PUSCH.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to resource partitioning for sidelink are provided. A first user equipment (UE) transmits, to a second UE, a time-division duplexing (TDD) configuration indicating a first set of resources time-multiplexed with a second set of resources in a sidelink resource pool, wherein the first set of resources is associated with a first link, and wherein the second set of resources is associated with a second link different from the first link. The first UE receives from the second UE over the first link, a first communication signal in a resource of the first set of resources. The first UE transmits, to the second UE over the second link, a second communication signal using a resource of the second set of resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A communication device may receive first control signaling indicating a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration for a set of channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources that correspond to a first number of antenna ports for the set of CSI-RS resources. The communication device may receive second control signaling indicating an antenna port configuration for a second number of antenna ports that is less than the first number of antenna ports. The second number of antenna ports may correspond to CSI-RS transmissions. The communication device may transmit feedback information based on the first control signaling and the second control signaling.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to sounding reference signal (SRS) time-domain bundling. Phase continuity may be maintained across SRS transmissions over multiple SRS occasions to enable a receiver to jointly process these SRS transmissions. In some examples, a user equipment may expect to be configured with SRS transmissions over multiple SRS occasions where SRS configurations for different SRS transmissions over different SRS occasions specify the same parameters. For example, a first SRS configuration for a first SRS transmission over a first SRS occasion may specify a first set of spatial relation information. In addition, a second SRS configuration for a second SRS transmission over a second SRS occasion may specify that same first set of spatial relation information. In this way, phase continuity may be maintained between the first SRS transmission over the first SRS occasion and the second SRS transmission over the second SRS occasion.
