Abstract: Techniques are described herein for providing radio resource ownership indicators in charging records for a charging function. In one example, a method may include determining, by a session management node of a mobile network, that a user equipment is utilizing a particular radio resource of a mobile network resource for a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session of the user equipment, wherein the mobile network resource is capable of being utilized via a plurality of radio resources and the particular radio resources is associated with an enterprise entity; and reporting charging information for the PDU session of the user equipment to a charging function of the mobile network to facilitate storing a charging record for the user equipment that is to include an identifier of the enterprise entity that is associated with the particular radio resource.

Abstract: A controller of a macro wireless network provisions a user device for access to local private networks based on the cell that the user device uses to attach to the macro wireless network. The controller obtains information on private networks operating within a coverage area of the macro wireless network. The controller associates a particular cell of the macro wireless network with one or more private networks operating within the particular cell. The controller detects a user device in the particular cell and provisions the user device with access to the one or more private networks.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for operator specific customization of a network service configuration. In some embodiments, an operator defines a mapping between an application executing on a user equipment (UE) and a network service configuration. In some embodiments, the network service configuration indicates whether the application is to be supported via a UPF instance located within the core network or deployed at a network edge. The mapping is then provided to the UE, and passed back to the core network, for example, when the UE establishes a connection on behalf of the UE application. The core network then supports the UE application consistent with the configuration specified by the mapping.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing access prioritization to a private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network operating in a Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum include receiving, at a network device of the private Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, a functional group associated with a user equipment (UE) and a traffic load of a cell of the private LTE network associated with the UE. An access priority associated with the functional group and the traffic load is determined and provided to a CBRS access point (AP) which controls access to the cell. The access priority indicates to the CBRS AP a priority with which the UE is allowed to access the cell and can include a high priority, a low priority, or no access indication.

An interworking module of a wireless local access network (LAN) controller may receive a non-access stratum (NAS) message from an access point (AP) device using a control and provisioning of wireless access protocols (CAPWAP) tunnel. The NAS message may be translated to a WiFi service layer message. The WiFi service layer message may be sent to a wireless control plane module of the wireless LAN controller.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for modifying a network service of a requesting network member. A request, received from the requesting member, can include an identification of a sponsoring network member for a requested network service modification. A group can be generated and associated with the requesting member and with the sponsoring member. The group may also include a group policy referencing the requested network service modification. The sponsoring member can be provided with an activation key for activating the network service modification and a first network policy can be applied to the requesting member and a second network policy can be applied to the sponsoring member.

Abstract: In one implementation, the method comprises, in response to obtaining a request to associate an electronic device with the one or more WLAN termination nodes: generating, between a base station and a networking device, a control link based on a first identifier associated with the base station; generating, between the networking device and a first WLAN termination node, a control link based on a second identifier that corresponds to a pseudonym for the base station; and associating the first and second identifiers in a control table. The method further comprises: instantiating, between the base station and the networking device, a first data tunnel associated with a first tunneling protocol; instantiating, between the networking device and the first WLAN termination node, a second data tunnel associated with a second tunneling protocol; and associating the first and second data tunnels.
