摘要: An image pickup apparatus includes an image sensor, a first circuit board on which the image sensor is mounted, a second circuit board facing the first circuit board, a flexible board that electrically connects the first circuit board and the second circuit board, and a fan. The image sensor moves within a movable range of the image sensor in a direction different from an optical axis direction. The flexible board includes a bent portion that is located closest to a side of the flexible board connected to the first circuit board. The flexible board is bent in an area overlapping the movable range of the image sensor in the optical axis direction. As viewed from the optical axis direction, an inner surface of the bent portion is disposed to be outside a range of a blowing direction of an airflow discharged from a vent of the fan.

摘要: An image capturing apparatus that realizes both of efficient heat dissipation and size reduction of an image capturing apparatus body. The image capturing apparatus includes an imaging board having an image sensor mounted thereon, a main circuit board that has heat generating devices mounted thereon and is arranged substantially in parallel to an imaging surface of the image sensor on a rear side of the imaging board, a duct unit disposed on a rear side of the main circuit board, and a cooling fan that draws outside air into the duct unit. The duct unit has a duct base opposed to the main circuit board and disposed substantially in parallel to the main circuit board, and a duct plate disposed obliquely to the duct base at a predetermined angle. The cooling fan is mounted on the duct plate.

The computing device may determine, based on the plurality of images of the property, a score indicative of a level of care of the property. The computing device may determine, based on the plurality of images of the property, an estimate of a value of the property. Based on the determined score indicative of the level of care of the property and the determined estimate of the value of the property, the computing device may determine a recommendation for a type of inspection to perform on the property. The computing device may send, via the communication interface, the recommendation for the type of inspection for display on a display of a user device.
