The tie includes a flat center portion which sits upon the subgrade, and opposite end portions which are inclined upwardly to extend into the concrete when the concrete is poured. The ties are made of a non-corrosive material to eliminate concrete spalling. The ties are formed as a continuous loop, with curved opposite ends.

The column shoe includes a bolt housing, wherein the bolt housing includes a baseplate provided with a through bolt hole for an anchor bolt, and wherein the bolt housing includes an upper structure connected to the baseplate, and at least one attachment unit attached to the bolt housing for securing the column shoe and a building element together. The bolt housing is provided with at least one socket member for attaching an additional anchoring device such as a dowel or a bar to the column shoe in addition to at least one attachment unit and in addition to an anchor bolt.

    摘要: A pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar comprises, a concrete body (1), a steel cage comprising a plurality of pre-stressed rebars, a plurality of stirrups (4); and two plates (2), the rebars are steel strands (3), a plurality of conical through holes (21) are provided on the plate (2), and multiple clips (5) are disposed inside each conical through hole (21), each clip (5) having a toothed inner surface (51), the multiple clips (5) are spliced together to form a chock assembly (6) for clamping each steel strand (3), and a peripheral surface of the chock assembly (6) has a conical surface (61); a clamping hole (62) is formed in the center of the chock assembly (6), the steel strand (3) passes through a clamping hole (62) and is clamped tightly. It is a practical and feasible centrifugal concrete pillar. The present invention also comprises a method for manufacturing a pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar.

    摘要: An attachment device attaches adjacent first and second concrete pieces to one another along corresponding first and second interfacing side surfaces thereof, thereby forming a concrete piece attachment arrangement. The device includes an elongate base member having opposed first and second portions, and first and second lateral members securing to and respectively extending substantially perpendicularly from first and second ends of the base member. The first and second portions of the base member extend within first and second recesses respectively formed into the concrete pieces, in a direction generally perpendicular to the first and second interfacing side surfaces. The first and second lateral member respectively extend through bore holes extending through the first and second concrete pieces and connecting with the respective first and second recesses. A method for attaching the concrete pieces to one another with an attachment piece is also described.

    摘要: A stackable foundation spacer is adapted for automated distribution. The foundation spacer includes a lower bearing surface adapted to be placed on a foundation support surface for the concrete, a first support surface adapted to support the reinforcement grid in a plurality of support points, and an outer circumferential side wall connecting the lower bearing surface with the first support surface. The outer circumferential side wall is inclined outwards from the lower bearing surface to the first support surface with an angle α, and the shape of the first support surface is larger than a mesh in the reinforcement grid that is to be supported. Distribution of foundation spacers can be automated by using a hand-held or automatic feeder device. Further, a reinforcement grid can be supported by a foundation spacer regardless of the position of the spacer.

Each masonry unit can be placed on top of a previously placed masonry unit. The interlocking masonry unit allows for the rapid creation of a wall that is substantially straight and aligned while minimizing the need to perform precise measurements and make alignment adjustments during the creation process. Bonding material can be poured through the resultant wall ports, creating a matrix pattern of bonding material throughout the wall, which results in a stronger more durable construction.

In some aspects, the protective cover includes a collar having a first end, a second end, and an impact absorbing portion disposed therebetween. The first end of the collar is configured to receive the end of the reinforcing bar. The impact absorbing portion of the collar is configured to withstand an impact without penetration of the reinforcement bar through the protective cover and is further configured to absorb at least a portion of the impact. The impact absorbing portion resides solely within the collar. The protective cover further includes a cap disposed at the second end of the collar. The cap has a surface area of about sixteen square inches.
