Abstract:
An identification apparatus and methods of use are presented. Embodiments include a loop of flexible material, having an exterior surface. Indicia, identifying an organization, is displayed on at least a portion of the exterior surface. A container is provided to store the loop of flexible material. Some embodiments couple the container with a belt or other article of clothing or clothing accessory. The loop of flexible material may be coupled with the container. The container may serve as an anchoring point for one or more methods of displaying the loop of flexible material. Some methods of use position the loop of flexible material over portions of a user's body. Some methods of use permit one hand operation of the apparatus.
Abstract:
A backpack assembly for a self contained breathing apparatus comprises a plurality of components positioned in housings that define a body for the backpack assembly. The body is assembled to a back frame. A pivoting and swiveling hip plate is connected to the back frame in multiple distinct positions to provide a customizable and comfortable fit for the wearer.
Abstract:
An attachment mechanism for use with a portable electronic device (101) includes a case (110) having a first surface (211) and a second surface (111), where the first surface and the second surface define therebetween a space (105) capable of receiving the portable electronic device. The attachment mechanism further includes a clip (120) attached to the second surface of the case. The clip includes a body (221) adjacent to the second surface, a first extension (222) spaced apart from and extending toward the second surface, and a second extension (223) also spaced apart from and extending toward the second surface. The second piece creates a first pocket (231) between the case and the clip, and the second piece creates a second pocket (232) between the case and the clip.
Abstract:

Abstract:
This invention relates to a portable case adapted for holding handheld devices such as phones, cameras, camcorders, radios and other products as well as non-electronic devices such as flashlights. The case is supported by a selectively bendable stand which may be altered in any variety of positions to provide a support for the case and associated electronic equipment. The case may also include an elastic cord element to removably interconnect the electronic device on an exterior surface of the case during use.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A portable, multi-object storage apparatus including a base element that may be adapted to retain credit cards, business cards, folded bills, or similarly sized objects. The storage apparatus may include one or more interchangeable retention elements for securing portable objects of varying dimensions to the base element, and may further include a clip adjustment element for manipulating the orientation of the storage apparatus when attached to an article of clothing. The apparatus conveniently allows the user to attach the apparatus to the user's belt, clothing, or personal item, thus providing easy access to their cell phone, as well as their credit cards, business cards or money, without the need to store each in separate compartments or in the their pockets.
Abstract:
The invention is a concealed carry holster for handguns. The holster comprises a pair of shorts comprising a lightweight material such as spandex and having a waist opening and two leg openings. The shorts comprise a waistband around the waist opening. A drawstring may be provided in the waistband for providing additional support in securing the holster and firearm to the body of the wearer. Non-slip material may be provided around each leg opening. This non-slip material may include elastic material. A holster piece attaches to the exterior of the shorts in the crotch region. In one embodiment, the holster piece is formed in the shape of an uppercase “A.” In this embodiment, a lower region of the holster piece is sewn into the shorts using industrial strength stitching. A fastening means such as Velcro®, secures the upper region of the holster piece to the shorts. The holster piece is arranged such that a user can pass his hand down his pants or exterior shorts to easily retrieve a handgun stowed within the holster.
Abstract:
Cases for portable electronic devices, including cases that provide support as well as protection. Cases may be configured to contain a video-capable electronic device (601) and may both protect the device and allow it to maintain a hands-free viewing position. Embodiments include a first panel (110) having an upper portion (111) and a lower portion (112) separated from each other by a hinge line (113), a second panel (120) spaced apart from and coupled to the upper portion of the first panel by a first sidewall (160) and a second sidewall (170), and a third panel (130) spaced apart from and coupled to the lower portion of the first panel by a third sidewall (180) and a fourth sidewall (190). The first panel is capable of being folded along the hinge line into a flexed position.
Abstract:
A utility belt, especially for use by medical personnel, has a first strip of material adapted to encircle the waist of a person wearing the belt, and a second strip attached to an outer face of the first strip. The second strip has one or more partial loops formed therein, defining attaching points for connection of one or more items to the belt. At least one of the items is connected to the belt by an extensible device that permits the item to be pulled away from the belt and used without disconnecting it from the belt. The belt is made of a material that can be washed and sterilized.
