摘要： A cradle-case combination enables its user to selectively display and or encase an electronic device, and together includes a cradle construction and a case construction. The cradle construction is sized and shaped to removably cradle a select or particular electronic device. The cradle construction has an anterior device-receiving cradle portion and a posterior cradle-to-case interface portion. The cradle-to-case interface portion includes a magnetically attractive first material. The case construction has anterior and posterior case portions, and at least the posterior case portion has a magnetically attractive second material. The first and second magnetically attractive materials enable the user to magnetically fasten the cradle to the case. The anterior case portion is pivotal relative to the posterior case portion for selectively accessing the device-receiving cradle portion in an open case configuration and/or covering the device-receiving cradle portion in a closed case configuration.

摘要： A cradle-case combination enables its user to selectively display and or encase an electronic device, and together includes a cradle construction and a case construction. The cradle construction is sized and shaped to removably cradle a select or particular electronic device. The cradle construction has an anterior device-receiving cradle portion and a posterior cradle-to-case interface portion. The cradle-to-case interface portion includes a magnetically attractive first material. The case construction has anterior and posterior case portions, and at least the posterior case portion has a magnetically attractive second material. The first and second magnetically attractive materials enable the user to magnetically fasten the cradle to the case. The anterior case portion is pivotal relative to the posterior case portion for selectively accessing the device-receiving cradle portion in an open case configuration and/or covering the device-receiving cradle portion in a closed case configuration.

摘要： A case for an electrical device includes: (a) a first portion with a bottom surface; (b) a second portion adjacent to the first portion; (c) a third portion adjacent to the second portion; (d) a fourth portion adjacent to the third portion; and (e) a fifth portion with an interior surface and adjacent to the fourth portion. In this embodiment, at least one of the first portion or the third portion is configured to be removably coupled to the electrical device. Additionally, when the case placed in an open configuration, the first portion is capable of being located over the fifth portion with the bottom surface of the first portion adjacent to the interior surface of the fifth portion.

Cases may be configured to contain a video-capable electronic device (601) and may both protect the device and allow it to maintain a hands-free viewing position. Embodiments include a first panel (110) having an upper portion (111) and a lower portion (112) separated from each other by a hinge line (113), a second panel (120) spaced apart from and coupled to the upper portion of the first panel by a first sidewall (160) and a second sidewall (170), and a third panel (130) spaced apart from and coupled to the lower portion of the first panel by a third sidewall (180) and a fourth sidewall (190). The first panel is capable of being folded along the hinge line into a flexed position.
