摘要: The invention relates to audio transducers, such as loudspeaker, microphones and the like, and includes improvements in or relating to: audio transducer diaphragm structures and assemblies, audio transducer mounting systems; audio transducer diaphragm suspension systems, personal audio devices incorporating the same and any combination thereof. The embodiments of the invention include linear action and rotational action transducers. For both types of transducer, rigid and composite diaphragm constructions and unsupported diaphragm periphery designs are described. Systems and methods for mounting the transducer to a housing, such as an enclosure or baffle are also described. Furthermore, hinge systems including: rigid contact hinge systems and flexible hinge systems are also disclosed for various rotational action transducer embodiments. Various applications and implementations are described and envisaged for the audio transducer embodiments including, for example, personal audio devices such as headphones, earphones and the like.

摘要: A speaker includes a frame with a leakage hole, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system received in the frame and a mesh covering the leakage hole. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a coil. The magnetic circuit system comprises a lower clamp and a magnet assembly stacked on the lower clamp. The mesh is integrally injection-molded with the frame, and comprises a central portion opposite to the leakage hole and a fixed portion located around the central portion and fixed with the frame. The fixed portion comprises an embedded portion embedded in the frame. The frame comprises a cover portion covering the embedded portion. The cover portion is provided with a recessed portion recessed from the surface of the cover portion away from the embedded portion toward the embedded portion until in contact with the embedded portion.

摘要: Voice coil actuators and loudspeakers containing same. The voice coil actuators include moving voice coil assemblies that have multiple segments. Each segment of a moving voice coil assembly is separately controlled by an amplifier, one channel of an amplifier, and combinations thereof utilized in combination with a position sensor that senses the position of the moving voice coil assembly. By this arrangement, the voice coil actuators produce a linear force per unit current throughout the range of motion while obtaining the benefits and advantages associated with both over-hung and under-hung voice coil actuator designs.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) diaphragm microspeaker having a magnetic field pair structure, and more particularly, to a microspeaker using an FPCB diaphragm in which magnetic fields are arranged in pairs up and down to increase the strength of a horizontal component of the magnetic fields. The microspeaker includes: a FPCB diaphragm in which a conductive coil pattern is formed on a non-conductive film; an upper magnetic circuit disposed above the FPCB diaphragm and having a yoke and a magnet; and a lower magnetic circuit disposed below the FPCB diaphragm and having a yoke and a magnet. When an electrical signal is applied to the coil pattern of the FPCB diaphragm, the FPCB diaphragm vibrates to generate sound by mutual electromagnetic force between the upper magnetic circuit and the lower magnetic circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a bone conduction speaker and its compound vibration device. The compound vibration device comprises a vibration conductive plate and a vibration board, the vibration conductive plate is set to be the first torus, where at least two first rods inside it converge to its center; the vibration board is set as the second torus, where at least two second rods inside it converge to its center. The vibration conductive plate is fixed with the vibration board; the first torus is fixed on a magnetic system, and the second torus comprises a fixed voice coil, which is driven by the magnetic system. The bone conduction speaker in the present disclosure and its compound vibration device adopt the fixed vibration conductive plate and vibration board, making the technique simpler with a lower cost; because the two adjustable parts in the compound vibration device can adjust both low frequency and high frequency area, the frequency response obtained is flatter and the sound is broader.

摘要: An electroacoustic transducer includes a framework, a voice membrane, a voice coil, a flexible circuit board, an auxiliary diaphragm, and a first gasket. An edge of the voice membrane is fastened to a top surface of the framework. The voice coil is located on an inner side of the framework, and one end of the voice coil is fastened to the voice membrane. A first fastening part of the flexible circuit board is fastened to a bottom surface of the framework, and a second fastening part of the flexible circuit board is fastened to the voice coil. The auxiliary diaphragm is located on one side of the flexible circuit board. The first gasket is located between the first fastening part of the flexible circuit board and the first fastening part of the auxiliary diaphragm.
