The first potential is higher than the second potential. The second potential is higher than the third potential. The potential difference between the first potential and the third potential may be more than or equal to 3 V and less than 4 V. The level shifter includes a current control circuit which generates a second signal for operating an amplifier circuit for a certain period in accordance with the potential change of the first signal which is input to the amplifier circuit. The output of level shifter is input to a gate of an N-channel transistor whose threshold voltage is lower than 0 V.

    摘要: A circuit for detecting out-of-band signals is disclosed. In one embodiment, the circuit includes a first differential circuit configured to level shift and positively rectify a differential input signal to produce a first output component of a differential output signal. The detector further includes a second differential circuit configured to level shift and negatively rectify the differential input signal to produce a second output component of the differential output signal. A third differential circuit is configured to level shift and output first and second fixed voltages based on an input reference voltage and a ground voltage. The circuit is configured to provide the differential output signal and the first and second fixed voltages to an indicator circuit configured to assert an indication responsive to detecting that a differential voltage of the differential output signal is greater than a differential voltage of the first and second fixed voltages.

    摘要: Differential power amplifier circuitry includes a differential transistor pair, an input transformer, and biasing circuitry. The base contact of each transistor in the differential transistor pair may be coupled to the input transformer through a coupling capacitor. The coupling capacitors may be designed to resonate with the input transformer about a desired frequency range, thereby passing desirable signals to the differential transistor pair while blocking undesirable signals. The biasing circuitry may include a pair of emitter follower transistors, each coupled at the emitter to the base contact of each one of the transistors in the differential transistor pair and adapted to bias the differential transistor pair to maximize efficiency and stability.

The preamplifier includes a first transistor that has a first terminal coupled to a preamplifier RF input node, a second terminal coupled to a preamplifier RF output node, and a third terminal coupled to a supply voltage node. A first inductor is coupled between the RF output node and a bias voltage node. A voltage difference between respective first and second voltages on the RF input node and the RF output node that are substantially in phase, determines current through the first transistor.

The second current path includes: third transistor, selectively interconnected between the second PS and a second output terminal, its gate receiving one differential input signal; fourth transistor, connected between the first PS and the second output terminal, its gate receiving the other differential input signal; and second switch circuit. One of the first and second switch circuits is connected to the first PS and the other is connected to the second PS.
