    摘要: An object of the present invention is to obtain a high-accuracy condition-monitoring device of low cost and small size, and to obtain a switch-control device provided with such condition-monitoring device. A condition-monitoring device of the invention, which is provided in an electromagnetic actuator including a stationary core, a moving core, magnet coils; and a permanent magnet, monitors condition of the electromagnetic actuator. The condition-monitoring device comprises a current measurement means for measuring a current flowing through the magnet coils; magnetic-flux measurement means for measuring magnetic flux inside the stationary core; a calculation means for generating a calculated waveform by performing a calculation using a current waveform representing a time variation of an output signal from the current measurement means and a magnetic-flux waveform representing a time variation of an output signal from the magnetic-flux measurement means; and a condition determination means, by finding a distinctive point on the calculated waveform, for determining conditions of the electromagnetic actuator based on information on the distinctive point.

    摘要: A circuit arrangement for monitoring leakage currents of a circuit which includes a plurality of valve coils connected in parallel to a supply line and adapted to be connected to ground by way of individual switches, and wherein the supply line is connected by way of a main switch to the positive pole of the supply voltage source and, further, to a testing current source used as a test signal source, is designed such that prior to each closing of the main switch, with the individual switches still open, the testing current source is connected to the supply voltage source and thereby activated. The result is an increase of the voltage potential on the supply line. A comparator establishes the difference between the potentials on the supply line and the supply voltage. If the difference exceeds a threshold value, this indicates leakage current.

    摘要: A device for detecting a fault in a solenoid valve prevents a feeding system from supplying a drive current to a solenoid valve coil which actuates the solenoid valve from being damaged at the time of detection of the fault. The feeding system is provided with a first switch installed between one end of the solenoid valve coil and a battery, a second switch installed between the other end of the solenoid valve coil and a ground, and a plurality of wires for connecting the battery, the first and second switches and the solenoid valve coil. A test power supply system is connected to one end or the other end of the solenoid valve coil and supplies a micro test current to the solenoid valve coil when a current from the battery to the solenoid valve coil is cut off. A controller controls an operation of the first and second switches, and detects a fault in the feeding system on the basis of a voltage at the end of the solenoid valve coil opposite the end which the test power supply system is connected in accordance with the operating state.

    摘要: An inker test apparatus is provided for use with a wafer probe station. The test apparatus includes a plurality of movable parts which allow positioning of the inker adjacent the wafer area. Sensors are provided adjacent the inker solenoid and the inkline of the inker. A control panel has keys for selecting parameters of the solenoid operation number and time and for displaying the tests results. Also, a controller responds to the input parameters from the control panel to produce a corresponding solenoid drive signal. The controller also detects malfunction of the solenoid and inkline based on the output signals from the solenoid sensor and inkline sensor. Further, a power supply is provided for generating suitable operating voltage for the inker solenoid.
