摘要: A method of observing a three-dimensional image of an examinee's eye to be examined, includes: obtaining a first three-dimensional image which is a three-dimensional image of an anterior segment of the examinee's eye by optical coherence tomography for obtaining a tomographic image by converging a measurement light on the anterior segment of the examinee's eye; obtaining a second three-dimensional image which is a three-dimensional image of a fundus of the examinee's eye by optical coherence tomography for obtaining a tomographic image by converging the measurement light on the fundus of the examinee's eye by a timing different from a timing of obtaining the first three-dimensional image; constructing a three-dimensional eyeball image of the examinee's eye through image processing based on the obtained first and second three-dimensional images; and displaying the constructed three-dimensional eyeball image on a monitor.

摘要: A retinal imaging device includes a camera, a light source, a projector, an I/O device and a computer. The projector emits two sets of light rays, such that one set of rays lies on an exterior surface of a first cone, and the other set of rays lie on an exterior surface of a second cone. The user adjusts the position of his or her eye relative to the camera, until the rays form a full, undistorted target image on the retina. This full, undistorted image is only seen when the pupil of the eye is positioned in the intersection of the first and second cones, and the eye is thus aligned with the camera. The user provides input, via the I/O device, that the user is seeing this image. The computer then instructs the camera to capture retinal images and the light source to simultaneously illuminate the retina.

摘要: An ophthalmic visualization system can include an imaging device configured to acquire images of a surgical field; a computing device configured to determine an area of interest based on the images; and a display device in communication with the computing device and a surgical microscope, wherein the display device is configured to provide a graphical overlay onto at least a portion of a field of view of the surgical microscope, and wherein the graphical overlay includes a magnified image of the area of interest. A method of visualizing an ophthalmic procedure can include receiving images of a surgical field acquired by an imaging device; identifying an area of interest; generating a graphical overlay including a magnified image of the area of the interest; and outputting the graphical overlay to a display device such that the graphical overlay is positioned over a field of view of a surgical microscope.

摘要: A computer-implemented method includes obtaining an image of a retinal fundus. A plurality of features is extracted from the image of the retinal fundus. The plurality of features includes at least one feature based on anatomical domain knowledge of the retinal fundus and at least one response of a pre-trained deep convolutional neural network to at least a portion of the image of the retinal fundus. The retinal fundus is determined to belong to a left eye or a right eye, based on an analysis of the plurality of features.

摘要: Methods, systems, and computer-readable medium are provided for retinopathy evaluation. A retina image and a first plurality of user input controls representing a categories of features related to retinopathy evaluation, are displayed in a user interface. A selection of a first user input control corresponding to a first selected category of features is received. In response to receiving the selection, a second plurality of user input controls are displayed that represents a first set of features associated with the first selected category of features. A selection of a second user input control is received indicating a first feature appearing in the retina image. Findings are determined based on at least the first selected feature. Information related to a diagnosis is determined based on the one or more findings using the processor of the client mobile device, and the information related to the diagnosis is displayed.
