    Abstract: Two or more base stations may share relative timing information. For example, a first cell may determining a cell level system frame number (SFN) and frame timing difference (SFTD) between the first cell and a second cell. At least one user equipment (UE) can be configured with dual connectivity with the first cell and the second cell. The first cell may send an indication of the cell level SFTD to the second cell via a backhaul with the second cell. The indication of the cell level SFTD may be the determined SFTD or a SFN reference time. In some implementations, the first cell may send a the SFTD measurement result and assistance information to the second cell via a backhaul to the second cell. The second cell may determine the cell level SFTD. In some implementations, a positioning network entity may determine the cell level SFTD.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a receiver may determine that a quantity of a first plurality of radio link layer (RLC) protocol data unit (PDU) packets, received from a transmitter, satisfies a first quantity threshold. The receiver may perform a decoding attempt for the first plurality of RLC PDU packets based at least in part on the determination. The receiver may transmit, to the transmitter, an RLC layer feedback report for the first plurality of RLC PDU packets. The RLC layer feedback report may be based at least in part on the decoding attempt. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for a network entity. The network entity receives an analytics request from a consumer, the analytics request indicating at least one analytic and determines one or more network data analytics functions (NWDAFs) for the analytics request based on the at least one analytic indicated in the analytics request. A consumer sends an analytics request to a network entity including one or more analytics identifiers. The consumer receives, from the network entity, a response to the analytics request including an analytics output from one or more NWDAFs based on the analytics identifier(s) included in the analytics request. An NWDAF sends an analytics identifier registration to a network entity indicating one or more analytics supported by the NWDAF. Then, the NWDAF receives an analytics request(s) from consumer(s) via the network entity based on the NWDAF supporting an analytic in the analytics request.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for an ML model training procedure. A network entity may receive a trigger to activate an ML model training procedure based on at least one of an indication from an ML model repository or a protocol of the network entity. The network entity may transmit an ML model training request to activate the ML model training at one or more nodes. The one or more nodes may be associated with a RAN that may transmit, based on receiving the ML model training request, ML model training results indicative of a trained ML model. In aspects, an apparatus, such as a UE, may train the ML model based on an ML model training configuration received from the RAN, and transmit an ML model training report indicative of the trained ML model.
