    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are generally directed to a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes determining whether to activate resources on one or more candidate component carriers (CCs) to be used for communication of one or more reference signals with a network based on a signal quality of a serving CC, communicating the one or more reference signals with the network if the resources on the one or more candidate CCs are activated based on the determination, and receiving a data transmission on one of the one or more candidate CCs after the communication of the one or more reference signals.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor a first slot for a semi persistent scheduled (SPS) transmission on a first serving cell of multiple serving cells in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) group. The UE may be configured to transmit feedback information for the SPS transmission in a target slot. The UE may select either the target slot or a subsequent second slot for transmission of the feedback information based on an availability of uplink resources on the multiple serving cells in the target slot. The UE may transmit the feedback information to a base station in the target slot or the subsequent second slot based on the selection. The described techniques may enable the UE to transmit the feedback information with reduced latency, among other benefits.

The UE may receive, from the first TRP or a second TRP, a second CSI-RS associated with the first TRP or the second TRP, wherein the second CSI-RS is associated with a second beam. The UE may transmit, to the first TRP or the second TRP, an indication of a delta value between a measurement of the first CSI-RS and a measurement of the second CSI-RS.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining application time for a path loss reference signal (PL RS) by a user equipment (UE). A method that may be performed by a UE includes receiving an indication of activation of a PL RS. The method further includes transmitting an acknowledgement for the indication. The method further includes measuring samples of the PL RS for a number of samples after transmitting the acknowledgement prior to utilizing the measured samples of the PL RS for uplink power control. The method further includes utilizing the measured samples of the PL RS for uplink power control after measuring at least the number of samples of the PL RS. The number of samples varies based on one or more factors.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Various aspects relate generally to anchor cell management for a synchronization signal block (SSB)-less secondary cell (SCell). In some aspects, an anchor cell in a different frequency band from an SSB-less SCell may be used for downlink beam management of the SSB-less SCell. A UE may report, to a network node, reference signal received power (RSRP) measurements for a plurality of downlink reference signals transmitted via the anchor cell, and the network node may determine a downlink beam for the SSB-less SCell based at least in part on the RSRP measurements. The UE may receive a configuration of the SSB-less SCell, and the configuration may indicate the anchor cell associated with the SSB-less SCell. The UE may receive an activation indication that activates the SSB-less SCell for the UE.
