Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some communications systems, interference may impede signaling between a base station and a target user equipment (UE) such that a base station may identify a donor UE to relay communications to the target UE. The donor UE may receive a coded data packet from the base station, and may identify a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) scrambling code for the packets addressed to the target UE. In cases where the donor UE identifies that the packet has an RNTI scrambling code associated with the target UE, the donor UE may forward the coded data packet to the target UE base on the RNTI scrambling code. Such early detection of data packets addressed to the target UE may allow for the UE to forward a data packet without fully decoding the packet.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform a first interference measurement on a first subband of a plurality of subbands configured for the UE and a second interference measurement on a second subband of the plurality of subbands. The UE may identify a first interference level based at least in part on the first interference measurement and a second interference level based at least in part on the second interference measurement. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a first sounding reference signal (SRS) on the first subband and a second SRS on the second subband, wherein an SRS sequence of the first SRS indicates the first interference level, and wherein an SRS sequence of the second SRS indicates the second interference level. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor a first slot for a semi persistent scheduled (SPS) transmission on a first serving cell of multiple serving cells in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) group. The UE may be configured to transmit feedback information for the SPS transmission in a target slot. The UE may select either the target slot or a subsequent second slot for transmission of the feedback information based on an availability of uplink resources on the multiple serving cells in the target slot. The UE may transmit the feedback information to a base station in the target slot or the subsequent second slot based on the selection. The described techniques may enable the UE to transmit the feedback information with reduced latency, among other benefits.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining application time for a path loss reference signal (PL RS) by a user equipment (UE). A method that may be performed by a UE includes receiving an indication of activation of a PL RS. The method further includes transmitting an acknowledgement for the indication. Various aspects relate generally to anchor cell management for a synchronization signal block (SSB)-less secondary cell (SCell). In some aspects, an anchor cell in a different frequency band from an SSB-less SCell may be used for downlink beam management of the SSB-less SCell. A UE may report, to a network node, reference signal received power (RSRP) measurements for a plurality of downlink reference signals transmitted via the anchor cell, and the network node may determine a downlink beam for the SSB-less SCell based at least in part on the RSRP measurements. The UE may receive a configuration of the SSB-less SCell, and the configuration may indicate the anchor cell associated with the SSB-less SCell. The UE may receive an activation indication that activates the SSB-less SCell for the UE.
