    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a channel state information (CSI) report setting including a plurality of resource sets identifying reference signal resources, wherein each resource set is associated with a repetition parameter set to on, off, or non-presented. The UE may transmit a CSI report for the plurality of resource sets, measurement information associated with at least one of a layer 1 (L1) reference signal received power (RSRP) parameter, an L1 signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio (SINR) parameter, a channel quality indicator (CQI) parameter, or a rank indicator parameter, wherein the measurement information identifies a rate at which a parameter is improving or dropping. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may receive an indication of a first transmit power configuration and a second transmit power configuration for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on the first transmit power configuration, a first portion of the PUSCH communication in a full-duplex portion of a time-frequency resource. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on the second transmit power configuration, a second portion of the PUSCH communication in a non-full-duplex portion of the time-frequency resource.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless communications system may support compression of channel information (e.g., channel feedback) in accordance with multiple compression schemes, from which a transmitting device may select for a channel reporting transmission. For example, a user equipment (UE) may be configured with multiple channel state information compression schemes, corresponding to different encoders or decoders, which may involve various machine learning or neural network techniques. The UE may select or otherwise determine which compression scheme to use for channel reporting in various scenarios, including a selection based on whether a compression scheme maintains relatively accurate reporting, or whether a more power-intensive or processor-intensive compression scheme is supported by an operating mode of the UE, among other selection criteria. The UE may indicate which compression scheme was selected by a transmitted indication included with or otherwise accompanying a channel reporting transmission.

    Abstract: Devices and techniques for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, broadcasted from a base station, a system information block (SIB) including access control information (e.g., unified access control (UAC) barring information) for communications over an air-to-ground (ATG) network. In some examples, the UE may identify the UAC barring information in an information element (IE) in the SIB, in one or more IEs of a barring IE in the SIB, based on one or more access identities, based on one or more access categories, or any combination thereof. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicating an access request to the ATG network based on the receiving of the SIB, identifying the UAC barring information, or both. The UE may communicate with the base station over the ATG network based on the transmitting of the signaling.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first indication of a first number of antenna ports for which the UE is to report channel state information (CSI), and a second indication of a second number of antenna ports on which the UE is to measure CSI reference signals (CSI-RSs). The second number may be less than the first number. The UE may receive an indication of one or more antenna port parameters, where each may be associated with one of the first number of antenna ports or the second number of antenna ports. The UE may determine the CSI for the first number of antenna ports using the one or more antenna port parameters and measurements made by the UE on the second number of ports, and may transmit a report including the CSI for the first number of ports.
