    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for multi-carrier scheduling in wireless communications networks. The described techniques may be employed to minimize hybrid automatic repeat requests (HARQ) delay in a wireless communications network utilizing one or more TDD component carriers and one or more FDD component carriers. Scheduling of TDD uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) may be determined based on an FDD component carrier. A number of HARQ processes may be determined for a TDD component carrier based on DL/UL configuration of the TDD component carrier. Scheduling may include overwriting certain HARQ transfers. The described techniques may apply to any TDD DL/UL configuration.

    Abstract: Techniques for supporting multimedia broadcast/multicast services (MBMS) are described. In an aspect, resources used for MBMS services may be provided with a multi-tier structure. In the first tier, resources (e.g., subframes) used for a multicast control channel (MCCH) for MBMS services may be signaled in a system information block (SIB). In the second tier, resources (e.g., subframes) for channels carrying data for MBMS services may be signaled via the MCCH. In one design, a base station/cell may determine resources used to send a MCCH. The cell may generate a SIB comprising information indicative of the resources used to send the MCCH. The cell may send the SIB in a broadcast control channel (BCCH). The cell may send the MCCH on the resources indicated by the information sent in the SIB. The cell may send other channels carrying data for MBMS services based on information sent in the MCCH.

    Abstract: An enhanced physical downlink control channel (e-PDCCH) may provide carrier aggregation (CA) enhancements, help support new carriers which may not be backwards compatible, reduce control channel capacity limitations of coordinated multipoint (CoMP) transmissions, and enhance DL MIMO.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for identification reinterpretation in sidelink control information (SCI) are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit to a second UE or device, on a sidelink channel, SCI. The SCI may include a partial source and destination identifier fields and may indicate to the second UE to apply a first interpretation of multiple different interpretations for the partial source identifier field and the partial destination identifier field. A user equipment (UE) may store configurations for candidate physical cell identifiers (PCIs) that the UE may select from for inter-cell mobility. A base station or a UE or both may identify a first configuration indicating a number of configured PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. The base station or the UE or both may identify a second configuration indicating a number of selected PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. In some cases, the selected PCIs may be a subset of the configured PCIs. Identifying the number of configured PCIs and the number of selected PCIs by the base station and UE may be based on a capability report configured by the UE. The UE and the base station may perform an inter-cell mobility operation based on stored cell configurations associated with the configured PCIs and the selected PCIs.
