Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may determine a scrambling sequence for a control channel, wherein the scrambling sequence is determined using a same identifier irrespective of whether the control channel is associated with a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) or another type of RNTI, and wherein the scrambling sequence is determined based at least in part on an identifier associated with the wireless communication device and a value associated with an RNTI of the wireless communication device; and transmit or receive the control channel. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to enhanced procedures for search, measurement, and positioning with aid of motion detection information. According to certain aspects, a method is provided for wireless communications which may be performed, for example, by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes determining one or more parameters of the UE; dynamically adjusting a periodicity of at least one of: cell search and measurements or global positioning system (GPS) signal acquisition based, at least in part, on the one or more parameters; and performing at least one of: the cell search and measurements or GPS signal acquisition according to the adjusted periodicity. In aspects, an enhanced technique for motion state detection is provided. The method may result in power savings, for example, when the UE is stationary and can reduce the periodicity that the UE performs search, measurement and GPS signal acquisition.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a multiple physical uplink shared channel (multi-PUSCH) configuration, assign a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (HPID) and one or more redundant version identifiers (RVIDs) to two or more slots associated with a first transport block, and assign a second HPID and the one or more RVIDs to two or more slots associated with a second transport block. The first transport block and the second transport block may be part of a single configured grant period. Assigning the second HPID may include incrementing the first HPID using one or more of a physical slot count, an available slot count, or a repetition number. The UE may transmit a multi-PUSCH communication in accordance with the multi-PUSCH configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a network entity may transmit, to a user equipment (UE) while the UE operates in an active state, a control signal including a request for the UE to transition to an inactive state for at least a time period and including a set of communication parameters for subsequent communications after operating in the inactive state for at least the time period. The active state may be associated with monitoring for a downlink control channel and the inactive state may be associated with skipping monitoring for the downlink control channel. The UE may transition from the active state to the inactive state for at least the time period based on the control signal. The UE may subsequently operate in the active state after the time period in accordance with the set of communication parameters indicated via the control signal.
