摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of the cell. The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of control resource sets for multiple transmission reception points. Downlink control information (DCI) is received via a control resource set of the plurality of control resource sets. The DCI comprises a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator. The control resource set comprises one or more control channel elements starting from a first control channel element. A PUCCH resource is determined based on the PUCCH resource indicator. The PUCCH resource is determined based on an index of the first control channel element. The PUCCH resource is determined based on the control resource set. An uplink control information is transmitted via the PUCCH resource in response to the determination of the PUCCH resource.

摘要: A base station may transmit a report mask indicating a transmission of a layer 1 reference signal received power (L1-RSRP) report limited to a time period when a discontinuous reception (DRX) timer is running for a wireless device. The base station may receive the L1-RSRP from the wireless device at a first time, in response to the DRX timer running at a predefined time period before the first time. The received L1-RSRP report may include an L1-RSRP value and a reference signal index associated with the L1-RSRP value. At second time, the base station may skip a reception of a configured L1-RSRP report transmission from the wireless device in response to the DRX timer not running at the predefined time period before the second time and the report mask.

摘要: A base station transmits radio resource control (RRC) messages having configuration parameters indicating a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP. The base station also transmits a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling one or more first uplink resources for a first reception of a first uplink transport block (TB) from a wireless device via the first BWP. Before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may transmit a second DCI indicating a switching from the first BWP to the second BWP and one or more second uplink resources for a second reception of a second uplink TB from the wireless device via the second BWP. In response to the transmitting the second DCI before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may cancel the first reception of the first uplink TB from the wireless device.

摘要: A base station may transmit, to a wireless device, one or more messages comprising configuration parameters for a primary cell and a secondary cell. The configuration parameters may indicate a deactivation timer for the secondary cell and a bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer for the primary cell. The base station may start the deactivation timer in response to activating the secondary cell. The base station may start the BWP inactivity timer in response to switching an active BWP of the primary cell. The base station may stop the BWP inactivity timer of the primary cell based on triggering a random-access procedure for the secondary cell. In response to the deactivation timer of the secondary cell expiring during the random-access procedure, the base station may restart the BWP inactivity timer of the primary cell.

摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters comprise bandwidth part (BWP) parameters of: a first BWP and a default BWP; a first timer value associated with a cell deactivation timer; and a second timer value associated with a BWP inactivity timer. A downlink control information (DCI) indicating an activation of the cell is received. In response to the DCI: the cell is activated; and the cell deactivation timer is started based on the first timer value. In response to the activation of the cell, the first BWP of the cell is activated. The BWP inactivity timer is started based on the second timer value. In response to expiry of the BWP inactivity timer, a switch is made from the first BWP to the default BWP as an active BWP.

摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP of an unlicensed cell. A first contention window is determined for a first listen before talk (LBT) procedure for a first channel of the first BWP. Based on switching from the first BWP to the second BWP, a second contention window is determined to be a minimum contention window, of a plurality of contention windows, for a second LBT procedure of a second channel of the second BWP. A transport block is transmitted, via the second BWP, based on the second LBT procedure using the second contention window.

A transmission power of the second SRS is adjusted based on: the first SRS having higher priority than the second SRS; the first SRS overlapping in time with the second SRS; and a total transmission power exceeding a total allowable power value. The first SRS is transmitted. The second SRS with the adjusted transmission power is transmitted.

The BS-DU communicates, with the wireless device and via the at least one bearer, a first adaptation layer packet, wherein a first header of the first adaptation layer packet comprises a route identifier indicating a route. The BS-DU determines a failure of a link between the BS-DU and the BS-CU and transmits, to the wireless device, backhaul link information indicating the failure of the link, wherein a second header of a second adaptation layer packet comprises the backhaul link information indicating the failure of the link.

摘要: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first hybrid automatic request (HARQ) process identifier and a first new data indicator (NDI). A second DCI is received with the first HARQ process identifier and a second NDI. The second NDI is considered as toggled regardless of a value of the second NDI in response to the first DCI indicating postponing a HARQ acknowledgement transmission for a HARQ process identified by the first HARQ process identifier. The wireless device flushes a HARQ buffer associated with the HARQ process based on the second NDI being toggled.
