Abstract:
An exposure calculating apparatus for a camera has a plurality of processing devices for variously processing photometric outputs from regions of an object field divided into plural sections according to photographic conditions so as to determine the optimum exposure value according to the results of processes performed by the processing devices, the exposure calculating apparatus for a camera including: a device for setting a plurality of fuzzy rules in the form of membership functions corresponding to the processes performed by the plurality of processing devices; a device for calculating the grade of each of the fuzzy rules according to a plurality of values of photometry generated from photometric outputs from the plurality of regions; a device which selects fuzzy rules having the grades obtained by the calculations so as to calculate, according to the plurality of photometric outputs, exposure values obtained by the processes performed by the processing device which correspond to the selected fuzzy rules; and a device for determining the optimum exposure value by weighting, with the grade, each of the exposure values obtained by the processes performed by the processing devices.
Abstract:
A device for axially clamping a rotary tool element fitted on a spindle of a power driven tool or the like includes a first flange and a second flange. The first flange is mounted on the spindle and has an inner part rotatable with the spindle and an outer part rotatable relative to the inner part about a longitudinal axis of the spindle through a bearing. The outer part includes a first surface for abutting on one end of the rotary tool element. An engaging mechanism is disposed between the inner part and the outer part for limiting rotation of the outer part relative to the inner part within a predetermined angle. The second flange is threadably engaged with a threaded portion of the spindle and includes a second surface for abutting on the other end of the rotary tool element. The second flange is operable to be tightened for clamping the rotary tool element between the second flange and the outer part of the first flange.
Abstract:
A case member is coupled to a plate member so as to be movable between an opening position and a closing position with respect to the plate member. A switch input section is mounted on the upper surface of the plate member. An analog display unit for displaying time with hands is arranged on the upper surface of the case member. An electrooptic data display unit for displaying data is arranged on the lower surface of the case member. An electronic circuit for driving the analog display unit and the electrooptic data display unit is housed in the case member. The switch input section on the plate member is electrically connected to the electronic circuit of the case member. Data input from the switch input section to the electronic circuit is processed thereby and is displayed on the electrooptic data display unit. When the case member is set at the closing position, only the analog display unit is exposed. When the case member is set at the opening position, the electrooptic data display unit and the switch input section are exposed, and functions other than a watch function can be executed.
Abstract:
A pulse-width modulation drive circuit for a load such as a motor, particularly, a motor used in a compact disc player or the like, in which losses in diodes used to absorb reverse EMF are substantially eliminated. For this purpose, the pulse widths of pulse signals used to on-off control drive current flow through the load are controlled so as to eliminate the diode losses. The circuits of the various embodiments of the invention are designed so as to be easily implemented in integrated circuit form.
Abstract:
To provide a method in which mononuclear cells are differentiated into a good balance of NK cells, NKT cells, and T cells, and said cells are made to proliferate. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an immune cell-containing composition, said method including the following steps: a first step in which mononuclear cells are cultured in a medium containing anti-CD16 monoclonal antibodies and either IL-2 and/or IL-15; and a second step, after the first step, in which culturing is performed under conditions that make the mononuclear cells preferentially differentiate into cytotoxic T cells. This method may also include a third step, after the second step, in which culturing is performed in a medium containing anti-CD16 monoclonal antibodies and either IL-2 and/or IL-15.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method by which cells usable for an immune cell therapy are separated from peripheral blood and grown. The present invention makes it possible to provide immune system cells which are large enough in number to be used in the immune cell therapy.

Abstract:
A stator includes a stator core and a plurality of coils. The stator core includes a core-back and a plurality of teeth portions. Each of the teeth portions includes a coil winding portion, a tip end portion, and an increased width portion. The tip end portion has a circumferential width larger than a smallest width of the coil winding portion. The increased width portion has a circumferential width larger than the smallest width of the coil winding portion. The increased width portion includes a slanted portion extending radially outward and upward. An axial position of a magnetic center of the rotor magnet positioned radially outward of the stator overlaps with an axially extending range of the tip end portion. A thickness of the slanted portion in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the slanted portion is smaller than an axial thickness of the coil winding portion.
Abstract:

The CMOS logic circuit includes a first inverter circuit having a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor. The CMOS logic circuit includes a second inverter circuit having a third MOS transistor and a fourth MOS transistor. The CMOS logic circuit includes a fifth MOS transistor that is connected in parallel with the resistive element between the first voltage line and the first end of the first MOS transistor and the gate of which is connected to the second end of the third MOS transistor. The CMOS logic circuit includes a sixth MOS transistor that is connected between the first voltage line and the first output terminal.
Abstract:
