    Abstract: A grinder may include a spindle, a grinding wheel and a mount disk. The spindle may be configured to generate a rotary force. The grinding wheel may be configured to receive the rotary force from the spindle and grind an object. The mount disk may be between the spindle and the grinding wheel and may be configured automatically engage or disengage the grinding wheel based on a rotation direction of the mount disk. Thus, an exchange or replacement of the grinding wheel may be performed in a short time by rotating the spindle so that the grinding wheel is disengaged from the mount disk.

The mandrel assembly provides a quick-connect/quick-release connection between the tool output shaft and the accessory via a clamping action.     Abstract: A tip tool mounting structure for a machining device includes a shaft portion and a holding member. The shaft portion includes a ridge extending in a longitudinal direction and projecting outward in a radial direction. The holding member includes a protrusion projecting outward in the radial direction, switches between an attached and detached state and a fixed state by the rotation, the holding member is configured to be temporarily fixed in the attached and detached state, the attached and detached state is a state in which the protrusion overlaps with the ridge in the longitudinal direction, and the fixed state is a state in which the protrusion does not overlap with the ridge in the longitudinal direction. The temporary fixation of the holding member is automatically released by a movement of a tip tool to an opposite distal end side in the longitudinal direction.

    Abstract: Proposed is a coupler structure of a hand grinder. The coupler structure is fastened to a rotating shaft of a grinder body to enable a machining disc to be more simply and rapidly attached to or detached from the grinder body. Fabrication costs are significantly reduced by simplifying the components associated with the coupler mounted on the rotating shaft of the grinder body. Since the consumable disc is easily attached to and detached from the coupler with one touch, a replacement operation is performed rapidly, thereby significantly improving the efficiency of work.

    Abstract: An oscillating tool includes a housing, a motor housed in the housing and a clamp assembly operatively driven by the motor in an oscillating motion. The clamp assembly can hold an accessory such as a blade or sanding attachment, and the clamp assembly includes a first clamp and a second clamp. The oscillating tool also includes a clamp lever and an actuating lever. The clamp lever is operatively coupled to the first clamp to move the first clamp such that clamp assembly is moved from a closed position to an open position. The actuating lever is operatively coupled to the clamp lever to effect movement of the clamp lever, movement of the clamp lever causing the clamp assembly to move from the closed position to the open position.
