    Abstract: The display substrate includes: a substrate; a plurality of pixel units on the substrate, each pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each sub-pixel includes a light-emitting element and a pixel drive circuit; a photosensitive circuit on the substrate; a first conductive film layer on the substrate. The pixel drive circuit includes a drive transistor, a gate electrode of the drive transistor is located on a side of a drive active layer away from the substrate, an orthographic projection of the gate electrode of the drive transistor on the substrate at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the drive active layer on the substrate. The first conductive film layer includes a first light-shielding portion between the substrate and the drive active layer, and an orthographic projection of the first light-shielding portion on the substrate at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the drive active layer on the substrate.

    Abstract: A display substrate, including a base substrate, a plurality of pixel units, and a pixel definition layer. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, a third sub-pixel, and a fourth sub-pixel. The fourth sub-pixel is a white sub-pixel, and any two of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, the third sub-pixel and the fourth sub-pixel display different colors. In at least one pixel unit, at least one of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel is located in a different row from the fourth sub-pixel. In at least one pixel unit, each of orthographic projections of a first opening of the first sub-pixel, a second opening of the second sub-pixel and a third opening of the third sub-pixel on the base substrate has an area less than that of a fourth opening of the fourth sub-pixel on the base substrate.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel are provided. The organic light emitting diode includes a light emitting structure and a first electrode structure. The first electrode structure is configured to drive the light emitting structure to emit light and includes a first electrode and a light reflecting layer, the light reflecting layer is disposed on a side of the first electrode away from the light emitting structure, wherein the first electrode and at least a portion of the light reflecting layer are overlapped with each other in a first direction, an insulating layer is at least partially disposed between the at least part of the light reflecting layer and the first electrode overlapped with each other, and the first direction is perpendicular to a plane on which the light reflecting layer is located.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to display technologies. A display substrate includes a first base substrate including a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, at least one of the plurality of pixel units including at least two sub-pixel units and a transparent area. The at least two sub-pixel units includes a first sub-pixel unit that is arranged between transparent areas of adjacent pixel units in a first direction. An orthographic projection of a pixel drive circuit electrically coupled to the first sub-electrode corresponding to the first sub-pixel unit on the first base substrate partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of a first sub-electrode positionally corresponding to another sub-pixel unit on the first base substrate.
