Abstract:
A polymer linear actuator for a micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) and a micro manipulator for a measurement device of cranial nerve signal using the same are provided. The polymer linear actuator has first and second bodies positioned spaced apart to a distance from each other, and one or more pairs of V-type moving units connecting the first and second bodies together, wherein the moving units in pair are opposed to each other to convert a rotation motion of the respective moving units into a linear motion, thereby causing the first and second bodies to move linearly.
Abstract:
An integrated RF card reader includes an integrated RF transmission unit including a Felica chip and a Felica security unit performing a security function that is needed to process a Felica type RF card where an RF function is removed. Since a variety of types can be embodied through a single RF transmission circuit by using the integrated RF card reader, a manufacturing cost can be reduced.

The invention provides a display apparatus comprising: a plurality of thin film transistors; a protective film formed on the thin film transistor; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the protective film and electrically connected with the thin film transistors; a partition wall layer partitioning the pixel electrodes adjacent to each other, the partition wall layer including a main exposure portion exposing the pixel electrode and a sub-exposure portion protruded and extended from the main exposure portion whereby the problem of non-uniform coating of ink in the corners of pixel electrodes is overcome.
Abstract:
An OPCPA apparatus of the present invention includes an optical pulse stretcher (100) for temporally stretching laser light, and applying short-wavelength preceding-type chirping. Pump lasers (210, 220) emit pump laser light. A first OPA unit (310) receives the pump laser light, and a signal having passed through the optical pulse stretcher, amplifies the signal, and generates a first idler. A first optical signal separation unit (410) separates output light of the first OPA unit into the first idler and remaining light (pump and signal). A second OPA unit (320) receives the first idler and another pump laser light, amplifies the first idler, and generates a second idler. A second optical signal separation unit (420) separates output light of the second optical parametric amplification unit into an amplified first idler and remaining light (pump and second idler). An optical pulse compressor (600) temporally compresses the amplified first idler.
Abstract:
A display device with increased lifespan is presented. The device includes a plurality of thin film transistors, a passivation layer formed on the thin film transistors, a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the passivation layer and electrically connected to the thin film transistors, and a wall dividing the pixel electrodes. The wall has a main section and an auxiliary section that is lower than the main section. A caved-in section is disposed between the main section and the auxiliary section. An organic layer is formed on the pixel electrodes.
Abstract:
A vibration reduction structure of a reciprocating compressor comprises: a case having a suction pipe for introducing a refrigerant and a discharge pipe for discharging a refrigerant at both sides thereof; an assembly installed in the case to compress a refrigerant and composed of a cylinder, a piston, a driving unit, and a discharge valve assembly; a loop pipe installed between the discharge valve assembly and the discharge pipe with a curved shape; and a connection unit for connecting a first point of the loop pipe and a second point of the loop pipe facing the first point and thereby reducing a vibration transmission. According to this, vibration generated as the piston is operated can be transmitted to the compressor through many paths including the loop pipe and the additional connection unit. Also, generated vibration can be canceled to each other due to its phase difference, thereby preventing vibration from being transmitted to the entire case. Also, a damage of the connection part of the loop pipe due to vibration can be prevented, and a reliability of the product can be enhanced.
Abstract:
An apparatus includes a drop unit, a transfer unit and a position adjusting unit. The drop unit drops droplets of an organic material. The transfer unit transfers the drop unit along a first direction. The position adjusting unit is interposed between the drop unit and the transfer unit to adjust a position of the drop unit. Therefore, the apparatus of dropping the organic material has a small size and may drop droplets of the organic material onto an accurate position. Furthermore, the transfer unit moves the drop unit quickly, and the position adjusting unit adjusts the position of the drop unit accurately. Therefore, a time difference for drying the organic material injected into a cavity is reduced.
