    Abstract: A touch layer includes an effective touch structure and an insulating layer. The effective touch structure includes first touch bars extending substantially in a same direction, and second touch bars extending substantially in a same direction. The first touch bars cross the second touch bars and are insulated from the second touch bars; the first touch bars are divided into first touch groups, and at least two first touch bars included in a first touch group are electrically connected to each other; and the second touch bars are divided into second touch groups, and at least two second touch bars included in a second touch group are electrically connected to each other. The insulating layer is provided between the first touch bars and the second touch bars, and in areas where the first touch bars overlap the second touch bars.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides an array substrate, including: a display region and a peripheral region. The peripheral region includes at least one first sensor. The first sensor includes a photodiode and a driving circuit which are electrically connected to each other. The photodiode includes: an anode, a cathode and a photosensitive material layer. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of thin film transistors, a common electrode and a pixel electrode. The common electrode is reused as an anode of the photodiode. The pixel electrode is reused as a cathode of the photodiode. One of the plurality of thin film transistors is reused as a first transistor of the driving circuit.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a micro light-emitting diode (LED) display panel includes: providing a base substrate carrying a plurality of LED dies, each LED die including a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting material layer, a second semiconductor layer and a first conductive layer, the first semiconductor layer being bonded with the base substrate through a sacrificial layer, a material of the sacrificial layer being decomposable under laser irradiation; providing a backplane having a plurality of bonding structures; bonding at least some LED dies of the plurality of LED dies to at least some of the plurality of bonding structures through respective first conductive layers; and peeling each of the at least some LED dies from the base substrate through laser lift-off.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a pixel driving circuit, which includes a driving circuit, a storage circuit and a reset circuit. The reset circuit is electrically connected to a first terminal of the driving circuit.     Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a driving circuit, a first light-emission control circuit, a first initialization circuit, an energy storage circuit, a compensation control circuit and a data written-in circuit. A first terminal of the energy storage circuit is electrically connected to a control terminal of the driving circuit, and a second terminal of the energy storage circuit is electrically connected to a first electrode of the light-emitting element. The data written-in circuit writes a data voltage into a first terminal of the driving circuit under control of a written-in control signal. The compensation control circuit controls the control terminal of the driving circuit to be electrically connected to a second terminal of the driving circuit under control of a compensation control signal.

    Abstract: A method of repairing a display defect in a display panel includes: in a module process stage, inputting a first data voltage to each pixel in the display panel, enabling the display panel to display an image to be detected, and acquiring a brightness of each pixel; determining a reference pixel and a defect pixel according to the image to be detected; calculating a compensation data voltage for the defect pixel according to a brightness difference between the reference pixel and the defect pixel; and inputting the first data voltage to the reference pixel, and inputting a second data voltage to the defect pixel, according to the compensation data voltage, where the second data voltage is a sum of the first data voltage and the compensation data voltage.

    Abstract: A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a touch control structure. The touch control structure includes a plurality of first mesh electrodes and a plurality of second mesh electrodes. A respective one of the plurality of first mesh electrodes includes a plurality of first mesh blocks consecutively electrically connected along a first direction. A respective one of the plurality of second mesh electrodes includes a plurality of second mesh blocks consecutively electrically connected along a second direction. Two adjacent first mesh blocks of the plurality of first mesh blocks are electrically connected to each other through a respective first conductive bridge. The respective first conductive bridge includes a plurality of first single mesh lines spaced apart from each other, and in a layer different from the plurality of first mesh blocks and the plurality of second mesh blocks.
