摘要: A solder supply device provided with solder cup 70 housing liquid solder that is cylindrical and open at one end, and supply nozzle 74 that is inserted into the solder cup, that supplies solder from inside the solder cup by moving the solder cup by supplying air to space 86, wherein a fixed amount of air is supplied in a case in which the solder cup movement distance is less than a specified distance, and a greater amount of air than the above specified amount is supplied in a case in which the solder cup movement distance is the set movement distance or greater. That is, when supplying solder, in a case in which the volume of the space to which air is supplied is a specified volume or greater, a greater amount of air is supplied than the air supply amount for when the volume of the space is a specified volume or less. Thus, even in a case in which the volume of the space is equal to or greater than the specified volume, it is possible to supply the same amount of solder as the solder supply volume in a case in which the volume of the space is less than the specified volume, thus it is possible to control operation of the solder supply device considering differential head.

摘要: A screen printing apparatus for screen printing onto a substrate comprises: a printing screen unit, with a printing screen and a frame for holding the printing screen in a substantially planar primary configuration; a support for the substrate; and a moveable print head for contacting and sweeping across a printing region of a first surface of the printing screen; an engagement structure mounted to contact a region of a surface of the printing screen which lies outside any part of the printing region which is drivable to move a portion of the printing screen in a direction orthogonal to the screen. Moving the screen away from the substrate improves separation between the printing screen and substrate. Moving the screen towards the substrate before printing can pre-tension the screen to reduce the tension which the print head has to overcome. Controlled movement of the screen towards and away from the substrate can reduce tension applied to the screen, and thus improve its working life.

摘要: A screen printing machine for forming a print of paste supplied to a mask plate having pattern holes, includes: a flexible filling squeegee which performs a squeegeeing operation in which the filling squeegee is moved relative to the mask plate in a printing direction; and a scraping squeegee which is held to maintain a given interval from the filling squeegee in the printing direction and to be movable together with the filling squeegee in the printing direction, and which scraps off the paste remaining on the mask plate after passage of the filling squeegee. In the squeegeeing operation, the filling squeegee is pushed up and bent by the paste to provide a clearance between a bottom end of the filling squeegee and the mask plate with the paste interposed therebetween so that the pattern holes are filled with paste with a prescribed filling pressure.

摘要: A feedback information generation method for a solder inspection apparatus includes: receiving an input of information on the number of buffers which are disposed between the solder inspection apparatus and a screen printer for printing solder on printed circuit boards and are configured to support the printed circuit boards to be introduced into the solder inspection apparatus so as to put the printed circuit boards on standby; generating feedback information by using the input information and an inspection result of the printed circuit boards by the solder inspection apparatus; and transmitting the feedback information to the screen printer. Feedback information may be generated in consideration of the number of buffers, thereby preventing the feedback information from being excessively generated as well as ensuring the accuracy of the feedback information.

摘要: A screen printing machine includes a paste supply apparatus which supplies paste on a mask by using a paste pot including an inner lid movable in a container. The paste supply apparatus includes: a pot holder which holds the paste pot such that a through hole of the container faces downward; an ejecting member which abuts on the inner lid of the paste pot; an ejecting member lifting unit which presses down the ejecting member to eject the paste from the through hole; and a detector which detects a state in which the ejecting member reaches a predetermined press-down limit position in the container. After the detector detects the state in which the ejecting member reaches the press-down limit position in the container, the ejecting member lifting unit continues to press down the ejecting member to further eject the paste.

摘要: A stencil printer includes a frame, a stencil coupled to the frame, and a print head coupled to the frame to deposit and print viscous material over the stencil. The stencil printer further includes a lift table assembly configured to support the substrate in a transport position and a print position, and a conveyor system. The conveyor system includes a pair of rail members coupled to the frame. The pair of rail members extends through the frame and is configured to transport the substrate through the stencil printer. The conveyor system further includes, for each rail member, a lift tool assembly coupled to the rail member. The lift tool assembly is configured to cooperate with the lift table assembly and to engage and support the substrate at a transport height and a print height.
