摘要: In a method for producing a winding overhang assembly for an electrical rotating machine, an insulating main body is produced at least partly from a dielectric material. Each of a plurality of conductors of a metal material is connected to the insulating main body via an intermediate layer, which is produced from a material which is different from the dielectric material of the insulating main body and from the metal material of the conductors and which is produced from silver, aluminum, antimony, magnesium, tin, zinc, lead, tantalum or from a mixture and/or from at least one alloy thereof. The conductors are hereby sprayed onto the intermediate layer by a thermal spraying method.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing an arrangement for a plug-in coil of an electrical machine, comprising the steps of: providing a core with slots; providing coil elements which are rod-shaped and have a proximal end and a distal end; inserting the coil elements into the slots from an end side of the core with the distal end at the front in such a way that the proximal end is arranged in the region of the end side and the distal end is arranged in the region of an opposite end side of the core or adjacent to it; and producing a respective jointed connection for the distal ends or the proximal ends of a first coil element and of a second coil element with an associated first connecting element on the opposite end side or the end side of the core, wherein, here, before joining between the respective joining partners, specifically the distal end or the proximal end of the first coil element and a first joining section of the first connecting element and also the distal end or the proximal end of the second coil element and a second joining section of the first connecting element, a connection is formed in each case, with which the relative position of the joining partners in relation to one another is defined. The invention further provides an arrangement for a plug-in coil of an electrical machine.

Each of the rectangular wire segment coils has a first region portion and a second region portion connected to the first region portion and formed in the circumferential direction including a bent portion in the circumferential direction of the stator core 10, and a pair of the rectangular wire segment coils adjacent to each other at the coil ends of the plurality of rectangular wire segment coils has a conductive portion to which the first region portion of one of the rectangular wire segment coils and the second region portion of the other of the rectangular wire segment coils are connected. The second region portion has a conductive portion cross-section disposed on the same plane as the end portion cross-section of the first region portion, and the conductive portion cross-section is a cross-section in a direction different from a direction of the coil vertical cross-section of the second region portion. Each of the plurality of layers includes a first layer in which the first region portion appears at an axial end portion and a second layer in which the second region portion appears at an axial end portion when the coil end is viewed in an axial direction of the rotating electric machine.

摘要: A method for joining segments (electrical conductors) includes first and second joining steps. The first joining step includes welding a group of the segments including ends, such that the first group is welded to pairs of electrical conductors. The second joining step includes welding a second group of the segments including ends, which are composed of the segments whose ends are arranged in a column in the radial direction, such that the second group is welded to pairs of electrical conductors. The first group includes a segment as a first electrical conductor including the end which is located at the middle portion of a group of the segments including the ends in the radial direction. The second group includes a segment as a second electrical conductor including the end which crosses the first electrical conductor on the opposite sides with respect to the middle portion in the radial direction.

A stator (5) for a rotary electric machine includes a stator core (11) having teeth (21) and slots (23) alternately in a circumferential direction, a coil (13) mounted on the stator core (11), and an insulating layer (35) and a foamed adhesive layer (37) disposed between an inner circumferential surface of the slot (23) and the coil (13). The foamed adhesive layer (37) is disposed such that an end portion of at least one side thereof in an axial direction of the stator core (11) is disposed further inside than an end surface (11a) of a side of the stator core (11) in the axial direction.
