Abstract: A gate driver on array (GOA) device and a display panel are provided. The GOA device includes multi-level cascaded GOA units. Each level of the GOA units comprises a first sub GOA unit and a second sub GOA unit. The first sub GOA unit is configured to output a first scan driving signal. The second sub GOA unit is configured to output a second scan driving signal. The first sub GOA unit and the second sub GOA unit share at least a portion of signal wirings, so that a width of the GOA device is narrowed while a circuit layout of the display panel is simplified.

Abstract: A fingerprint driving circuit and a display panel are provided. A first stage of amplifying unit is configured to receive a fingerprint voltage, perform a voltage amplifying process on the fingerprint voltage, and output the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed. A second stage of amplifying unit is configured to receive the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed, perform a current and power amplifying process on the fingerprint voltage on which the voltage amplifying process has been performed, and output the fingerprint voltage on which the current and power amplifying process has been performed. A voltage difference between a valley and a ridge of a fingerprint is amplified, so that the signal can be read out easily and correctly and the output ability of the signal is enhanced.

Abstract: A fingerprint readout circuit and a display panel are disclosed. The fingerprint readout circuit includes a voltage amplifier unit, a fingerprint readout unit, and a source follower unit. Abstract: A piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material, a method for manufacturing the same, and a fingerprint recognition module are provided. The polyvinylidene PVDF material includes PVDF, a first solvent, a second solvent, a fluorosurfactant, and an inducing material. Material of the inducing material is one of carbon nanotubes, carbon black, and gold nanorods. Because of the high anisotropy of the inducing material, molecular orientation of the PVDF material is induced, thereby improving piezoelectric performance of the piezoelectric PVDF material. Problems of conventional piezoelectric PVDF materials, which are used in ultrasonic fingerprint recognition modules, such as poor piezoelectric performance and high-energy loss are improved.

Abstract: A GOA circuit, a display panel and a display device are provided. The GOA circuit includes a plurality of GOA units connected in series. The display device according to an embodiment only needs two clock signals for the GOA driving circuit to scan each row of gates. The method includes steps of mixing and heat-treating a first polymer, a second polymer, and a third polymer to obtain a first mixture, adding a light-transmitting material to the first mixture to obtain a second mixture, adding a nano material to the second mixture to obtain a third mixture, performing subsequent processing on the uniformly mixed third mixture to obtain the polymer composite material. The polymer composite material is configured to replace conventional protective glass in ultrasonic fingerprint recognition technology, and to improve accuracy of fingerprint recognition.
