Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an evaporation source device for evaporating including a heating container having an opening on a top surface thereof and first and second baffles disposed on the opening of the heating container and having through holes disposed thereon, respectively, wherein the first and second baffles are relatively slidable so that the through holes of the first and second baffles fit at at least two different fitting positions to form an evaporating passage that communicates with the heating container. The first baffle and the second baffle are disposed at the opening of the heating container, the first baffle may fit with the second baffle by movement of the first baffle and the second baffle to form different evaporation passages, and the evaporation passages may be replaced without opening a vacuum chamber, which solves a problem that the organic electroluminescent material blocks the hole in the evaporating process well.

Abstract: Disclosed are a bottom-emitting OLED display unit and a method for manufacturing the same. In the bottom-emitting OLED display unit, thin film transistor structures are disposed on a transparent substrate, an interlayer insulating layer and a planarization layer are disposed above the thin film transistor structures, and a light-extracting layer is disposed between the interlayer insulating layer and the planarization layer. The light-extracting layer is configured such that the light projected on a surface thereof is deflected. By means of the bottom-emitting OLED display unit, light extraction efficiency of the OLED display device can be improved, thereby increasing brightness of a display image.

Abstract: Disclosed is an ultraviolet irradiation device for package of a light-emitting diode. The ultraviolet irradiation device includes a sealed shell. A light-emitting diode to be packaged is arranged in the shell, and a UV mask that is movable in the shell is arranged below the light-emitting diode. The ultraviolet irradiation device further includes a UV lamp arranged below the UV mask. The ultraviolet irradiation device further includes a sealed chamber which is in communication with the shell. The chamber is arranged at a side of the shell. A first rolling unit that is configured to deliver the light-emitting diode is arranged in the chamber, and a first gate and a second gate are respectively arranged at two ends of the chamber. The chamber is further in communication with an air exhaust unit and a first gas source respectively. The structure of the ultraviolet irradiation device is simple. When a replacement of the UV mask is performed, a rapid replacement thereof can be achieved, i.e., much time for replacing the UV mask can be saved, which is beneficial for improving productivity.

Abstract: The present invention provides an OLED display panel and a manufacture method thereof. In the manufacture method of the OLED display panel of the present invention, by using the method of plasma bombardment to make a surface of the inorganic layer in the thin film package layer corresponding to the areas of the non pixel areas have a diffuse reflection roughness so that the light emitted by the OLED light emitting layer of the each sub pixel will be diffused and reflected as being incident into the area. The light is divergent and is atomized everywhere, and cannot be intensively reflected and/or refracted, and then cannot outgo from the adjacent sub pixel. Therefore, it can prevent that the light emitted by each sub pixel interferes the adjacent sub pixels to raise the color purity of single sub pixel and to improve the color washout of the OLED display panel.

Abstract: Disclosed is an OLED display panel, which includes a substrate, an OLED device, a passivation layer, dam adhesive, fill adhesive, a cover plate and a first semipermeable membrane. The OLED device is arranged in the middle of the substrate and is covered by the passivation layer. The dam adhesive is arranged on peripheries of the cover plate. A side of the cover plate on which the dam adhesive is provided faces the substrate provided with the OLED. A sealed space is formed by the cover plate, the dam adhesive and the substrate. The first semipermeable membrane is arranged in the middle of the cover plate and located in the sealed space, and the fill adhesive is provided in the formed sealed space. The fill adhesive contacts the dam adhesive flawlessly, which prevents the dam adhesive from being damaged under the impact of the fill dam, thereby guaranteeing packaging effect of the OLED device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a flexible OLED display panel, in which multiple loops of inorganic barrier walls are first formed on a rigid base plate such that the multiple loops of inorganic barrier walls respectively and circumferentially encloses a plurality of panel areas on the rigid base plate so that when an organic material film is then coated on the rigid base plate and the multiple loops of inorganic barrier walls in a manner of covering the entirety of surface thereof, the multiple loops of inorganic barrier walls provide an effect of division to allow a plurality of flexible backings to be respectively formed on the plurality of panel areas of the rigid base plate. Afterwards, a laser lift off technique is applied to remove the plurality of flexible backings from the rigid base plate to thus obtain a plurality of flexible OLED display panels. Compared to the prior art, the present invention saves a process of using a laser cutting machine to simultaneously cut the organic material film and the rigid base plate and thus saves the cost of purchasing the laser cutting machine and also save one round of laser cutting operation to thereby reduce the manufacturing cost of a flexible OLED display panel.
