    Abstract: An electronic control unit of a hybrid vehicle controls an engine and an inverter to execute inverterless traveling. The inverterless traveling is a traveling state where the inverter is set to a gate blocking state, and where a reaction force of a torque that is output by a rotating electric device when the rotating electric device to be rotated by output of the engine generates electric power is applied to an output shaft. The electronic control unit controls a converter to adjust a voltage of an electric power line to a predetermined maximum voltage or a voltage within a predetermined range from the maximum voltage when a shift range of the hybrid vehicle is switched to a non-forward range from a forward range during the inverterless traveling.

    Abstract: A vehicle in which a battery is charged with supplied power from a power supply outside the vehicle includes the battery, a temperature sensor which detects a temperature of the battery, a temperature raising device which raises the temperature of the battery, and a control device. The control device is configured to, in a period in which the temperature of the battery is lower than a reference temperature during execution of the external charging, execute power storage amount control for raising the temperature of the battery by driving the temperature raising device while keeping a power storage amount of the battery within a predetermined range. The control device is configured to, when the supplied power is smaller than a possible minimum value of consumed power of the temperature raising device in the power storage amount control, intermittently operate the temperature raising device with the battery receiving the supplied power continuously.

    Abstract: During a predetermined drive in which a hybrid vehicle is driven with shutting off gates of a first inverter and a second inverter and operating an engine, the hybrid vehicle controls the engine and a step-up/down converter, such that a reverse voltage of a first motor is higher than a voltage of a high voltage-side power line. In the event of an increase in an operation amount of an accelerator during the predetermined drive, the hybrid vehicle controls the engine and the step-up/down converter to limit an increment of a difference between the reverse voltage of the first motor and the voltage of the high voltage-side power line when a temperature of the step-up/down converter is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, compared with an increment of the difference when the temperature of the step-up/down converter is lower than the predetermined temperature.
