Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include: at least one antenna module including at least one antenna; a universal integrated circuit card (UICC) configured to store at least one piece of subscriber identity information; and at least one processor electrically connected to the UICC, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to: receive a request to initialize a subscriber identity module (SIM) stored in the UICC; identify whether the UICC includes information about a list of a wireless communication network service to which a user subscribes; and in response to identifying that the UICC including the information about the list of the wireless communication network service to which the user subscribes, control the electronic device to perform wireless communication network connection through the at least one antenna module based on the information about the list of the wireless communication network service to which the user subscribes being included in the UICC.

Abstract: A particulate matter collecting apparatus includes a duct, a water sprayer, a micro-channel forming unit, and an impactor. A gas-liquid mixed fluid is formed by spraying water to air flowing along the inside of the duct using the water sprayer. The gas-liquid mixed fluid collides with a collision plate of the impactor after passing through a plurality of micro-channels provided in the micro-channel forming unit. Particulate matter in air is collected by droplets or a liquid film formed on the plurality of micro-channels and the collision plate. Water flowing down from the plurality of micro-channels is discharged through a first water outlet.

Abstract: In a method of cutting a fine pattern, a line structure is formed on a substrate. The line structure extends in a first direction, and includes a pattern and a first mask. The pattern and the first mask include different materials. A sacrificial layer is formed on the substrate to cover the line structure. The sacrificial layer is partially etched to form a first opening partially overlapping the line structure in a vertical direction. A portion of the first mask, an upper portion of the pattern and/or a portion of the sacrificial layer under the first opening are partially etched using an etching gas having no etching selectivity among the pattern, the first mask and the sacrificial layer. A lower portion of the pattern under the upper portion thereof is removed to divide the pattern into a plurality of pieces spaced apart from each other in the first direction.
