Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a plurality of light-emitting diodes above the substrate; a plurality of pixel circuits above the substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of light-emitting diodes; a scan line extending in a first direction above the substrate, where the scan line delivers a scan signal to the plurality of pixel circuits; and a scan driver between the substrate and the plurality of pixel circuits and providing the scan signal to the scan line. A distance between the scan driver and the substrate is less than a distance between the plurality of pixel circuits and the substrate.
