    Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus may be a User Equipment (UE) having a first subscription to a first RAT and a second subscription to a second RAT configured to operate using the first RAT, to change from operating using the first RAT to operating using the second RAT to monitor multiple Synchronization Signal Blocks (SSBs) at multiple times prior to performing at least one of decoding a paging message, receiving system information, searching a neighboring frequency, or measuring the neighboring frequency, to return to using the first RAT during a first period between at least one set of adjacent times of the multiple times that the UE monitors for the SSBs, and to change from using the first RAT to using the second RAT to receive the paging message, receive the system information, search the neighboring frequency, or measure the neighboring frequency.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may communicate via a first component carrier (CC) during a first time period. The UE may communicate via a second CC during a second time period. The UE may receive a first indication to deactivate the second CC during a third time period that at least partially overlaps with the first time period. The UE may receive a second indication to activate the second CC for communication during a fourth time period. The UE may communicate via the second component carrier during the fourth time period using an initial frequency error correction at a beginning of the fourth time period, the initial frequency error correction based at least in part on a frequency error of the first CC during the third time period.     Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting an uplink message to a first base station associated with a first radio access technology (RAT). The method also includes transmitting one or more scheduling requests (SRs) to a second base station associated with a second RAT to trigger a connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRX) ON period. The method further includes receiving a downlink message from the second base station during the CDRX ON period in response to transmitting the uplink message to the first base station.
