Abstract: A method for channel-coding information bits using a code generation matrix including 32 rows and A columns corresponding to length of the information bits includes, channel-coding the information bits having “A” length using basis sequences having 32-bit length corresponding to columns of the code generation matrix, and outputting the channel-coded result as an output sequence. If “A” is higher than 10, the code generation matrix is generated when (A-10) additional basis sequences were added as column-directional sequences to a first or second matrix. The first matrix is a TFCI code generation matrix composed of 32 rows and 10 columns used for TFCI coding. The second matrix is made when at least one of an inter-row location or an inter-column location of the first matrix was changed. The additional basis sequences satisfy a value 10 of a minimum Hamming distance.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), which is carried out by a terminal in a wireless communication system. If the number of information bits of the UCI falls inside a specific range when different types of UCI are transmitted through the same PUCCH format, a bit sequence of each of the UCI are channel-coded by aligning/interleaving, wherein the aligning/interleaving is carried out so that the UCI having high importance are channel-coded so as to have better decoding performance.

Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for transmitting acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) of a user equipment in a carrier aggregation system. The method includes: assigning first and second control regions as search spaces for a specific cell; detecting scheduling information with respect to the specific cell from the first control region and/or second control region; receiving a data channel from the specific cell on the basis of the scheduling information; and transmitting ACK/NACK indicating a reception acknowledgement for the data channel, wherein if the scheduling information is detected from the first control region, the ACK/NACK is transmitted using a radio resource linked to another radio resource used to receive the scheduling information, and wherein if the scheduling information is detected from the second control region, the ACK/NACK is transmitted using a pre-set radio resource through a higher layer signal.

The method includes: receiving M downlink subframes associated with an uplink subframe n in each of two serving cells; determining four candidate resources based on the M downlink subframes received in each of the two serving cells; and transmitting an ACK/NACK response for the M downlink subframes by using one resource selected from the four candidate resources in the uplink subframe n, wherein the two serving cells includes a first serving cell and a second serving cell, and wherein among the four candidate resources, a first resource and a second resource are associated with a PDSCH or a SPS release PDCCH for releasing semi-persistent scheduling received in the first serving cell, and a third resource and a fourth resources are associated with a PDSCH received in the second serving cell.

Abstract: A method is provided for a User Equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system. The method includes monitoring a control channel candidate with a downlink control information (DCI) format size in a plurality of search spaces. Each of the plurality of search spaces corresponds to a respective carrier indicator field (CIF) value. The method further includes transmitting or receiving data using downlink control information which is detected by monitoring the control channel candidate. In a state that control channel candidates have different values of carrier indicator field for the DCI format size, the control channel candidate with the DCI format size is received in any search space corresponding to any of the different values of carrier indicator field for the DCI format size.

Abstract: A method for uplink transmission in a wireless communication system, the method includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), whether the first uplink signal to be transmitted toward a first cell belonging to a first timing advance group (TAG) at an nth subframe overlaps the second uplink signal to be transmitted toward a second cell belonging to a second TAG at an (n+1)st subframe; dropping, by the UE, the first uplink signal at the nth subframe, if a total transmission power including the first and second uplink signals exceeds a maximum transmit power, where n is an integer≥1; and transmitting the second uplink signal without the first uplink signal which is dropped.
