摘要: A system for controlling an air heat exchanger of a vehicle includes an information collector which collects environmental information including a current speed of a vehicle, a desired air mass flow rate, and an ambient temperature. A storage stores the environmental information therein. A controller calculates a driving load and a cooling load in accordance with the environmental information and calculating a control amount of an air heat exchanger, at which a cost function that is a sum of the driving load and the cooling load is minimum.

摘要: A vehicle cooling/heating system includes a coolant line in which coolant is circulated between a heat source component of a vehicle that provides waste heat and a chiller and a refrigerant line in which refrigerant is circulated through a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigerant line performs indoor cooling through the evaporator. A controller controls the coolant line such that, during a drying mode in which it is necessary to dry the evaporator, the coolant in the coolant line is circulated or not circulated through the heat source component and the chiller, and such that the refrigerant in the refrigerant line flows, in order, through the compressor, the evaporator, and the chiller.

摘要: An embodiment coolant management system for a mobility vehicle includes an inlet line and an outlet line configured to be connected to an external thermal management station and configured to selectively supply a cooling or heating coolant, a refrigerant circuit that circulates a refrigerant therethrough, the refrigerant circuit including a compressor, a condenser, an expander, and an evaporator, a first coolant line that circulates a coolant therethrough, wherein a battery and a first heat exchanger that exchanges heat with the evaporator of the refrigerant circuit are provided on the first coolant line, a second coolant line configured to circulate the coolant therethrough, wherein a second heat exchanger that exchanges heat with the condenser of the refrigerant circuit is provided on the second coolant line, and a controller that communicates with the external thermal management station and control respective valves to manage a temperature of the coolant.

The evaporation core and the condensing core are connected to a refrigerant line provided with a compressor and an expansion valve and connected to multiple electronic components of the vehicle through a coolant.

摘要: An integrated thermal management circuit for a vehicle includes a refrigerant line that causes a refrigerant to flow through a compressor, an interior condenser of an interior air conditioning device, and an exterior condenser outside the vehicle. The circuit causes the refrigerant discharged from the condenser to pass through an integrated chiller or an evaporator of the air conditioning device and to be introduced into the compressor. The circuit includes: a first cooling line causing a cooling water to circulate between a high voltage battery and a first radiator or between the high voltage battery and the integrated chiller; a second cooling line causing the cooling water to circulate between an electronic drive unit and a second radiator or between the electronic drive unit and the integrated chiller; and a bypass line provided in the first cooling line.
