    Abstract: The method includes: obtaining an input information bit sequence; determining a target matrix based on a first polar code generation matrix and a transformation matrix; encoding the input information bit sequence based on an inverse matrix of a first matrix, to obtain a first bit sequence, where the input information bit sequence is a bit sequence corresponding to an information bit, and the first matrix is a submatrix formed by a row corresponding to the information bit and a column corresponding to the information bit that are in the target matrix; and encoding the first bit sequence based on a second matrix, to obtain a second bit sequence, where the second matrix is a submatrix formed by the row corresponding to the information bit and a column corresponding to a frozen bit that are in the target matrix.

    Abstract: This application provides a coding method and a communication apparatus, which may be applied to wireless data transmission. The method includes: A sending apparatus sends indication information to a receiving apparatus, where the indication information indicates first information and second information. The first information indicates a coding scheme of to-be-encoded data, and the coding scheme includes a coding matrix for channel coding and a channel coding mode. The second information indicates a distribution feature of the to-be-encoded data. The sending apparatus performs channel coding on the to-be-encoded data based on the coding scheme, to obtain encoded data.     Abstract: An LDPC code encoding method and a communication apparatus are described that provide increased redundant bits through retransmission in an IR-HARQ mechanism, so as to decrease a channel coding rate, and improve decoding performance of an LDPC code. A check matrix of the LDPC code is used as a basic matrix, and the basic matrix is extended to obtain a mother matrix compatible with a plurality of code rates. During LDPC encoding, a transmit device reads, from the mother matrix, a check matrix corresponding to a required code rate, and performs LDPC encoding on an information bit sequence based on the read check matrix. LDPC encoding is performed on the information bit sequence by using check matrices of different sizes, to obtain different quantities of redundant bits.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the communications field, and in particular, to an information indication method and apparatus in the communications field. The embodiments of this application include: generating a PPDU including radar indication information, where the radar indication information is used to indicate that the PPDU is a PPDU used for radar testing, and transmitting the PPDU. According to the method provided in the embodiments of this application, the transmit end explicitly indicates that the PPDU is a PPDU used for radar testing rather than a PPDU used for communication between communications devices. When a receive end receives the PPDU, the receive end no longer monitors a channel, thereby reducing power consumption of the receive end.

    Abstract: This application relates to a method for determining a length of an low-density parity-check (LDPC) code word in a ultra-wideband (UWB) system and a related apparatus. The method includes a communication apparatus that determines a length of an LDPC code based on a length of a to-be-encoded information bit. When the length of the information bit ranges from 0 to 324, a 648-bit LDPC code is selected. When the length of the information bit ranges from 325 to 648 or from 973 to 1296, a 1296-bit LDPC code is selected. When the length of the information bit ranges from 649 to 972, a 1944-bit LDPC code is selected. According to embodiments of this application, higher performance gain can be achieved.

    Abstract: In a data processing method, a transmit end may send, to a receive end, coding information of N layers of first bit sequences and second information that does not include some or all bits in the N layers of first bit sequences, and the receive end may process the coding information and the second information, to obtain the N layers of first bit sequences. Because the transmit end sends the coding information to the receive end, information sent by the transmit end may not include some or all bits in the N layers of first bit sequences.
