    Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for displaying a hologram including a pixel circuit array including first to nth pixel circuits, a first insulating layer provided on the pixel circuit array, first to nth pixel electrodes provided on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the first to nth pixel circuits, respectively, a second insulating layer provided on the first insulating layer, first to nth display electrodes provided on the second insulating layer and electrically connected to the first to nth pixel electrodes, respectively, a display panel formed on the first to nth display electrodes, and a common electrode formed on the display panel. The first to nth display electrodes are clustery formed, and an area of the first to nth display electrodes is smaller than an area of the pixel circuit array.

    Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor device including a substrate, a first transistor on the substrate, an interlayer insulating layer covering the first transistor, a second transistor on the interlayer insulating layer, and a storage node contact passing through the interlayer insulating layer, and connecting any one of source/drain electrodes of the first transistor and a gate electrode of the second transistor, wherein a first channel pattern of the first transistor may include an n-type oxide transistor, and a second channel pattern of the second transistor may include an p-type oxide transistor.

    Abstract: A spatial light modulator according to the inventive concept includes a light modulation layer including a plurality of pixels arranged on a plane perpendicular to a first direction, a first lens array including first lenses corresponding one-to-one with the pixels, a second lens array including second lenses corresponding one-to-one with the first lenses, and a spacer layer between the first lens array and the second lens array. Each of the first lenses has a first central axis extending in the first direction and the first central axes of the first lenses meet at different positions for each of the pixels.
