Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a phased-array antenna, a display panel, and a display device. The phased-array antenna includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged oppositely, and a plurality of phased-array elements located between the first substrate and the second substrate. At least one of the phased-array elements includes a first electrode, a second electrode arranged opposite to the first electrode, a voltage-controlled phase shift material located between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first electrode is configured to receive a bias signal for controlling the voltage-controlled phase shift material, and the second electrode serves as a ground electrode, and a microstrip line located at a side of the first electrode far away from the voltage-controlled phase shift material and electrically insulated from the first electrode, wherein the microstrip line is configured to receive or transmit a transmission signal.

Abstract: An array substrate, a touch panel and a manufacturing method of an array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a common electrode layer and a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array disposed on the base substrate. Each of the pixel units includes a plurality of sub-pixel units defined by gate lines and data lines disposed to intersect each other laterally and vertically. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of common electrode blocks that double as self-capacitance electrodes, each of the common electrode blocks is connected with at least one wire, and the wires are in the middle of sub-pixel units of a same column. The array substrate is configured to increase aperture ratio of pixel units.

Abstract: A display substrate, a display panel including the display substrate and a display device including the display panel are provided. The display substrate comprises a flexible circuit board and test pads, wherein the flexible circuit board covers an area of the test pads. In the aforesaid display substrate, the flexible circuit board covers the area of the test pads, so that test points on the test pads can be prevented from contacting the outside, and corrosion of the test points and signal abnormity in signal lines resulting therefrom during testing are prevented; compared with the prior art, the process of coating the test pads with UV adhesive is omitted, thus the process flow is reduced, and the production efficiency and the productivity are improved; moreover, the thickness of the display substrate can be reduced, which is conducive for the display panel including the display substrate to be lighter and thinner.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relates to the field of display technology, and particularly to a pressure force touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display apparatus including the abovementioned pressure force touch panel. In one embodiment, the pressure force touch panel comprises an array substrate and a color film substrate assembling with each other, and, the color film substrate comprises a black matrix, a plurality of spacers are provided at a side of the color film substrate facing the array substrate; grooves, in one-to-one correspondence with at least some of the spacers, are provided in a side surface of the array substrate facing the color film substrate, and a piezoelectric mechanism electrically connected to a detection circuit is mounted in each of the grooves and is located within a region of projection of the black matrix onto the array substrate; wherein, the piezoelectric mechanism generates an electrical signal when the spacer is pressed against the corresponding piezoelectric mechanism.

Abstract: A display panel, a pressure sensitive touch screen, and a display device are disclosed. Pressure sensitive touch structures are arranged between an array substrate and a counter substrate. Each pressure sensitive touch structure includes a first touch electrode, a piezoelectric conversion layer, and a second touch electrode. In case each pressure sensitive touch structure is subject to a pressure, the pressure sensing unit determines the magnitude of pressure at the touch position by sensing a variation in the magnitude of voltage between the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode, thus realizing pressure touching. Since the pressure sensitive touch structures are embedded in the display panel, it is only required to make minor modification to the structural design of the display panel without being limited by the assembly tolerance. The detection accuracy is improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a driving method therefor, and a display device including the touch display panel, relating to the field of display technologies, and enabling a touch function of the display panel without increasing the thickness of the display panel. The touch display panel includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines provided on the lower substrate and defining a plurality of sub-pixel regions, in each of which at least one common electrode block is provided, at least one common electrode block is configured to also function as a touch driving electrode; the touch display panel further comprises a touch sensing chip and a touch sensing electrode, the touch driving electrode and the touch sensing electrode being respectively electrically connected to output ends of the touch sensing chip; the touch sensing chip is configured to, during a touch time period, apply a touch driving signal to the touch driving electrode, apply a touch sensing signal to the touch sensing electrode, and detect a change of the touch sensing signal on the touch sensing electrode so as to determine a touch position on the touch display panel.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of touch display device, and disclose a touch display device, including a touch display panel and a control unit arranged on a side of the touch display panel, with a first wiring area being arranged between the touch display panel and the control unit; wherein a plurality of data connection lines and a plurality of touch connection lines are led out of a side edge of the touch display panel, the plurality of data connection lines being connected with a plurality of data pins on the control unit in a one-to-one correspondence manner, while the plurality of touch connection lines being connected with a plurality of touch pins on the control unit in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and wherein within the first wiring area, the plurality of data connection lines are divided into two wiring layers, the plurality of touch connection lines being arranged at least in layer in which one wiring layer of the data connection lines are located. According to the above technical scheme, by arranging the data connection lines in a layering manner, a bezel width occupied by the data connection lines is reduced, and influence of the data connection lines on the bezel width is in turn reduced, facilitating development of the slim bezel of the touch display device.
