    摘要: An object of this invention is to provide a chair comprising a simple and compact rocking mechanism and lock mechanism to lock the rocking movement.The chair comprises a support frame 4 supported by a support rod 12, a back frame 5 that can make an inclining movement, a seat frame 6 that make a movement in conjunction with the back frame 5 toward a direction along the inclining movement of the back frame 5, a reactive force mechanism 7 that accumulates a spring force against an interlocking movement, and a lock mechanism 8 that locks the interlocking movement, wherein the reactive force mechanism 7 comprises a spring case 71 and a spring 72 that can make a relative movement in the back and forth direction, and has such an arrangement that the spring case 71 moves in accordance with the interlocking movement while inclining together with the seat frame 6 with a movement of a part of a front end part and a rear end part of the spring case 71 limited by the seat frame 6 during the interlocking movement, and the lock mechanism 8 locks the interlocking movement of the seat frame 6 and the back frame 5 with the support frame 4 by fixing a relative position of the spring case 71 and the seat frame 6.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cell-operating device comprising a laser light source and a microscope to observe cell sample fluorescently labeled and a camera to take the images of the cell sample that is observed with said microscope and a computer to capture the digital image data obtained by said camera and a group of mirrors comprising electronic control mirrors of which optical axis can be adjusted so that the laser light irradiated from said laser light source can be guided in to said microscope. The computer includes a binarization program for binarizing said digital image data by identifying whether each pixel of said digital image data captures a part of said cell sample according to the fluorescence luminance of each pixel. The computer has an identification program for identifying the boundaries between adjacent different values in the binarized digital image and joins the boundaries into an isolated closed curve, and a data processing program for processing said binarized digital data so that in all the area within said isolated closed curve a cell exists, and a calculation program to divide said binarized digital image data, after running said data processing program, into sections with a predefined size and identify the center of gravity coordinate of each section, and an adjustment program to adjust the optical axis of said electronic control mirrors so that said laser irradiates said center of gravity coordinate. Thus, the present invention is a cell-operating device that the laser light from said laser light source irradiates said center of gravity coordinate.
