摘要: Systems, devices, and methods for optimizing troubleshooting procedures for vehicles are disclosed herein. A system includes a processor and a memory storing executable instructions. The executable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: obtain in-operation data of a vehicle, the in-operation data including a fault code indicative of a fault in the vehicle; identify a trained model from a plurality of trained models using the fault code; use the trained model and the in-operation data of the vehicle to generate a troubleshooting procedure for identifying a root cause of the fault; and provide the troubleshooting procedure as output to identify the root cause of the fault.

摘要: A fuel injector includes an injector body comprising an internal injector cavity, a flow passageway, and a drain conduit. The flow passageway is in fluid communication with at least one injector orifice. The fuel injector further includes a valve assembly comprising a valve seat and a valve member in fluid communication with the fuel circuit. The valve member is configured to move between an open position allowing fuel flow through the at least one injector orifice and a closed position inhibiting fuel flow through the at least one injector orifice. The fuel injector also includes a nozzle valve element fluidly coupled to the valve assembly, an actuator operably coupled to the valve assembly and the nozzle valve element, and a flexible member configured to elastically deform in response to pressure in the fuel injector. The flexible member is configured to inhibit flow to the drain circuit during an injection event.

摘要: A method for increasing a temperature of an exhaust gas to a target temperature is provided. The method includes determining, by a controller, a target energy of the exhaust gas and determining, by the controller, a target emissions based the target energy. The method further includes determining, by the controller, a tradeoff in a performance of an engine corresponding to one or more of the target emissions, an engine speed, and a driver demand power and determining, by the controller, an allowable heater power based on the tradeoff. The method further includes operating, by the controller, a heater with a heater power command not exceeding the allowable heater power to heat the exhaust gas to the target temperature.

摘要: A method and system for bidirectional charging in an electric vehicle include controlling a multi-phase machine in the electric vehicle. In response to determining that a direction of energy flow is from an electric grid to the electric vehicle, the method and system include operating a first set of phases in the multi-phase machine at a grid frequency of the electric grid and connecting the first set of phases in the multi-phase machine to the electric grid. In response to connecting the first set of phases in the multi-phase machine to the electric grid, the method and system include operating a second set of phases in the multi-phase machine, where the second set of phases in the multi-phase machine generates energy via electrical coupling to the first set of phases in the multi-phase machine. The method and system also include providing the energy generated by the second set of phases in the multi-phase machine to charge an energy source of the electric vehicle.

摘要: A control system for off-highway battery application powertrain systems that allows the operator to select one or more performance/operating modes. The one or more performance modes may be based on the work that needs to be accomplished using the machine vs. the hours needed before the next charge opportunity. Modes will take typically into consideration battery management system performance maps, Electric motor/inverter performance maps, pump performance maps and other systems communicating with the powertrain system. The operator is in control to optimize refill and/or next battery charge. The operator may have the option to select performance modes based on excavator performance vs. battery life. Remaining time and warning messages may be periodically sent to the operator based on the performance mode selected and current state of charge.
