摘要: Methods and systems for network operator controlled power update per PRB for new radio (NR) are provided. A method begins with determining that at least one frequency block controlled by a first network operator is adjacent or co-channel with at least one frequency block controlled by a second network operator. Next, it is determined that a second frequency block controlled by the first network operator is adjacent or co-channel with the at least one frequency block controlled by the first network operator. The power level assigned to the first network operator's frequency block is updated to reduce interference. To prevent interference, the power level of the second frequency block controlled by the first network operator uses a lower power level. This lower power level may be assigned on a resource block basis, such as PRBs and RBGs.

摘要: There is provided mechanisms for average EIRP control of at least two radio signal paths. A method is performed by a coordinating controller of a site that includes the at least two radio signal paths. The method includes obtaining, from a respective inner controller of each of the at least two radio signal paths, long-term 5 time averaged traffic related information for each of the at least two radio signal paths. The method includes determining control information for each of the at least two radio signal paths based on the long-term time averaged traffic related information, antenna gain information for each of the at least two radio signal paths, and a condition on total average EIRP for the site, and performing 10 individual average EIRP control of each of the at least two radio signal paths by providing the control information to each respective inner controller.

Second data is transmitted to the second PLMN using a second USIM and one of the at least two uplink transmitters, and a second PHR is transmitted to the first PLMN. The second PHR has a configured second maximum output power for uplink transmission for the wireless device that is reduced compared to the first maximum output power for uplink transmission.

摘要: A beam failure recovery procedure in a wireless communication system comprises receiving, from a base station (BS), at least one beam failure detection reference signal (RS) and at least one new candidate beam RS over a downlink channel; identifying a set of RS resources including an index for the at least one beam failure detection RS; identifying a set of RS resources including an index for the at least one new candidate beam RS; identifying a dedicated control-resource set (CORESET) received from the BS for a beam failure recovery request; transmitting, to the BS, the beam failure recovery request associated with a quality measurement of the at least one beam failure detection RS over a physical random access channel (PRACH); and receiving, from the BS, a beam failure response in response to the beam failure recovery request based on the dedicated CORESET indicated to the UE.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for transmitting muting information in a wireless communication system, and to an apparatus and a method for acquiring channel state using same. In an exemplary embodiment, muting information includes: a first data field, having a serving cell for receiving from peripheral cells in a multi-cell environment, at least one of a CSI-RS pattern, the number of CSI-RS antenna ports, a CSI-RS duty cycle, and CSI-RS transmission subframe offset information, and using same for expressing the cycle and the offset of muting subframes, which pertain to information on a resource block that can generate interference between the peripheral cells and CSI-RS; and a second data field for expressing a specific muting pattern, which must be muted within the muting subframes, having either 12 bits or 28 bits that display muting application in a bitmap format.

In non-regenerative relay of a first signal, the controller estimates an SINR of the first signal at a reception station after the relay on the basis of a transmit power of the first signal at a transmission station, first propagation characteristics between one or more first antennas set as reception antennas for the first signal and the transmission station, second propagation characteristics between one or more second antennas set as transmission antennas for the first signal after the relay and the reception station, a noise power and an interference power at the relay station, and a noise power at the reception station, and determines the first antennas and the second antennas in a combination that makes the SINR of the first signal at the reception station maximum respectively as the reception antennas and the transmission antennas.
