Abstract: A feedback circuit is used for a power supply device. The power supply device includes a primary side circuit and a secondary side circuit. The feedback circuit includes a feedback voltage generation circuit, a base voltage generation circuit, and a compensation signal generation circuit. The feedback voltage generation circuit is electrically connected to the secondary side circuit. The feedback voltage generation circuit generates a feedback voltage according to a bias voltage and an output voltage of the power supply device. The base voltage generation circuit generates a base voltage according to the feedback voltage. The compensation signal generation circuit generates a compensation signal according to the feedback voltage and the base voltage and provides the compensation signal to a controller in the primary side circuit. A voltage value of the feedback voltage is lower than a voltage value of the bias voltage. The voltage value of the feedback voltage varies with the change of the output voltage.

Abstract: A power conversion system includes a high voltage (HV) switchgear; a solid-state transformer; and a low voltage (LV) switchgear. The HV switchgear connects to and disconnects from a HV or medium voltage (MV) network. The HV switchgear connects to an input of the solid-state transformer. The solid-state transformer comprises a first module and a second module. The first module converts a HV alternating current (AC) signal into a HV direct current (DC) signal. The second module connects to an output of the first module and converts the HV DC signal from the first module into at least one LV DC signal. The second module comprises at least one sub-module that converts the HV DC signal from the first module into a LV DC signal. The LV switchgear connects to an output of the solid-state transformer.

Abstract: The performance of a power supply module is to be improved. Abstract: In a vehicle power supply device mounted on a vehicle and obtaining a low voltage power supply from a high voltage power supply via a step-down means, electric shock to the human body is prevented without using an insulating means such as a transformer. A vehicle power supply device converts power from high voltage to low voltage by selectively connecting a predetermined power storage element group to a low voltage electric load from a high voltage power supply formed by connecting power storage elements in series. A leakage current from the high voltage power supply is measured during the dead time period when the power storage element group is not connected to the low voltage electric load. When the value exceeds a predetermined value, the connection between the power storage element group and the low-voltage electric load is interrupted, so that electric shock is prevented.
