摘要: A rotor includes a shaft, a magnet located around the shaft, an inner sleeve located around the shaft and between the shaft and the magnet, and an end ring located around the inner sleeve and positioned adjacent to the magnet. The inner sleeve includes a holding portion having an inner diameter that surrounds and holds the shaft, and a gap forming portion including a first inner diameter that is larger than the inner diameter of the holding portion, such that the gap forming portion is spaced apart from the shaft. A part of the magnet is located on the holding portion. The end ring is located on the gap forming portion.

摘要: A fan for use in agriculture includes a housing, a motor, a propeller, a damper, and a controller. The damper is connected to the housing and is movable between open positions and a fully closed position. The controller controls the motor to rotate in a first rotational direction to cause the propeller to generate airflow in a first airflow direction through the housing from an inlet to an outlet and, upon receiving an instruction to shut down, controls the motor to rotate in a second rotational direction, opposite to the first rotational direction, to cause the propeller to generate airflow in a second airflow direction, opposite to the first airflow direction, through the housing from the outlet to the inlet, before ceasing rotation.

摘要: A brushless direct-current (BLDC) motor is provided. The motor includes a stator including a stator core, stator teeth, and windings; a rotor shaft disposed within the stator and extending along a longitudinal axis; and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core having a cylindrical body, a permanent magnet ring mounted on an outer surface of the cylindrical body with no intermediate adhesive therebetween, and metal sleeve securely fitted outside the permanent magnet ring. The metal sleeve includes a flange extending radially inwardly that covers an axial end of the permanent magnet ring and is bonded to the rotor core to secure the permanent magnet ring to the rotor core.

摘要: A rotor of a rotary electric machine includes magnets arranged to face a winding. The magnets are movable relative to the winding upon the winding being energized. The magnets are arranged in a relative movement direction while magnetic polarities based on the magnets are alternately changed. Each magnet includes a first magnet member configured to generate magnet flux in accordance with a corresponding one of the polarities. The first magnet member has first magnetic orientations defined therein. Each magnet includes a second magnet member provided at a q-axis side end of the corresponding magnet located closer to a pole boundary. The second magnet member has second magnetic orientations defined therein. The second magnetic orientations intersect with the first magnetic orientations.

In one example, a system may include a shaft including an oil conduit extending axially therein and a plurality of openings fluidically coupling the oil conduit to an external surface of the shaft; a rotor positioned coaxial with the shaft, an inner diameter of the rotor greater than an outer diameter of the shaft; and a gas-filled chamber bounded by an inner surface of the rotor and the external surface of the shaft, the gas filled chamber fluidically coupled to the oil conduit via the plurality of openings, and a pressure of a gas in the gas-filled chamber lower than a pressure of oil in the oil conduit.
